Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel staff for their friendliness and professionalism, as well as the hotel's tranquil and attractive location, which is ideal for relaxation. However, many reviews mention issues with cleanliness, particularly in the pools and bathrooms, and several guests found the breakfast to be basic and repetitive. The swimming pools, while appreciated for their potential, often disappointed due to poor maintenance. Overall, the positive atmosphere and excellent service stand out, but improvements are needed in cleanliness, pool upkeep, and breakfast variety.
