Pros: "Awful food selection, small entertainment selection, none of the crew knew how to properly board the plane and left guests waiting in the aisle for over 45 minutes of standing for no reason and then yelled at the passengers that we were 'late' and that the standing passengers were causing the delay of the aircraft! The staff were VERY, VERY rude. I would do yourself a favor and NEVER fly Iberia!"

The choosing part does not happen as Iberia chooses for you the day before the flight and tells you you can change what they chose but for a price. Seems deceiving. Flight attendant on flight was rude to me and others."

Cons: "We had a terrible experience with iberia airlines,working with british airways.We almost missed our fl8ght as they cannot find info about e tickets in the computer(otherwise i had tge print out of our tickets). Truly it was a night mare for our family. But we are really glad that we were able to board in the nick of time and finally home ."

Cons: "Two loud drunks talked loudly about inappropriate topics the entire flight while not wearing masks. Several people were not wearing masks and the crew never even tried to quiet them down or to tell anyone about the mask. I wondered if the crew agreed with what they were saying that’s why they allowed it. I say that because the one time a steward came to speak to them, it was in the most endearing way. The drunks were commenting that they were told there’d be alcohol and the steward said something like “It’ll be back soon. It’s just that things have been difficult. Have you been watching the news?” in the sweetest way. It felt like a wink."

Cons: "Please let passengers check in earlier like everyone else. After our 8 hour flight, we got 2 middle seats as the plane was booked and we could not check in 24 hrs earlier. Had to run to get our boarding passes also."

However no one knew what was happening. No crew member gave a simple explanation of what was happening. Order was not maintsined"

They treat passengers as if they could not care less because they are working unhappily We can simply compare with other airlines. Vueling gets first price as worse airline I know."
