I was actually at Hard Rock Hotel, both De zone and Hard Rock are under same management so the manager decided to take me to Hard Rock. I liked the service I got from the manager Mathew before my arrival he ensured that my trip was a success, he is the reason I made it to Nigeria thank you my brother God bless you. The 3m greet rule from staff when approaching them is awesome they are well mannered in engaging with customers including the brother Solomon who picked me up from the airport and brought me back to the airport on my departure very polite well mannered thank you my brother. The whole staff is well trained when engaging with customers.

Communication error between staff , chef and customers, my booking included breakfast but in the 9 days I stayed I was only served breakfast once. I asked Mercy the receptionist about my breakfast she promised to tell the chef, when I asked the chef about it he said he was never informed about breakfast. On Wednesday I spoke to Blessing also the receptionist she apologized and promised to attend to the matter, on Thursday I left my room at 11:00 by then breakfast was not made yet and the chef was not in the kitchen. Later when I returned he told me he brought breakfast and I was not in my room. Friday nothing was brought and I stayed indoors, late I complained to Blessing she then told me to place an order in the morning that's when I can be served breakfast. Saturday morning I placed an order breakfast was served and I was not impressed at all I was served 3 slices of bread with no butter and just eggs, it seemed to me like a formality. I was truly unhappy.
