Rooms were outdated and in bad shape. Also I booked but was no reservations for one of them. I reserved two rooms with king beds and were given two double beds in each room. This was a Valentine’s Day trip that turned into a nightmare.
Pros (+) Loved the pool and the ocean views. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Drinks from the poolside bar were amazing!
Cons (-) The rooms (building 4) were so rundown. The shower components were all lose from the wall, bathroom window was broken and crooked in its place. Tv was old and had “snow” over all the channels. Curtains were old and torn. Place needs an update. But our room was clean!

Cons (-) I did not like the small extremelly soft pillows and the air conditioner turns out and on out and on no matter if you put it in low high or auto. we all got sick after leaving the hotel because of the changing temperature in the rooms
