Classy, great view, good tapas food, good wine
Room was very small for a twin! Almost a double. Main meals were nothing special for price.
The terrace at the hotel is one off the main reasons I chose the hotel. I received my guest there.
The internet connection was not very good but the hotel staff did all they can to get it right.
Everything is great about this hotel. The staff is fantastic, close to open market, super clean and white, lots of hot water.
Needs more vegetarian food in the restaurant
The breakfast offered a good variety. Upon request, juices and plates were refilled promptly. The location was beautiful, especially with the outdoor seating. The room was comfortable, and the bed was the most comfortable we had for our entire trip to Madagascar!
There was a slightly musty smell on our floor (-2) and it seemed to be in the bathroom of the room as well. There was also an issue with the room keys working on our check-out day. The staff did everything they could to resolve it quickly, and to work with guests to get them into their rooms, but it did seem to be a hotel-wide issue for several hours.
breakfast was good. staff was very polite and kind. Food at Restaurant was very good (only ate once there though) Terrace is beautiful and with a nice view room was a bit small, but clean and nicely furnished.
Breakfast didn't have a wide selection of food. Most of the staff mostly speaks french and only few of them understand english well. This caused a misunderstanding on the right time to leave the hotel for a business meeting. Service at restaurant was a bit slow.
