Excellent service and breakfast buffet
The beach and pool are constantly innundated w super loud dj'd clubbing music - not good and not relaxing. We asked them to stop/lower but apparently the 'beach customers' have requested entertainment. We sat on the far end of the beach near the kempimski and the music mostly faded away...
The Hotel is great all about everything the rooms are luxurious the water sports are near and easy to get the pool is very nice Burj Al Hamam resturant is also great so there is no need to go out of the hotel
Some Employees can be rude sometimes
the beach was nice and clean
the staff are not qualified..., they are aggressive and impolite
The rooms were very nice
We had a horrible experience of food poisoning following our diner at InterContinental Aqaba. The hotel did not believe it was their food which caused the problem and we got absolutely no compensation.
We liked the Red Sea beach and the various pools and hot tubs. The restaurants were also quite enjoyable.
to have a relax time and nice beach
I did like the organization and the dedication of the staff to their jobs.
The rooms are good
The service was poor and prices high.
the design and outlay of the hotel was very good. the pool and beach areas were excellent and the staff throughout the hotel were attentive and pleasant.
The white wine in the mini bar was truly disgusting; such a shame as there are so many good Jordanian wines available eg: St George's that would reflect the excellent quality of most Jordanian wines
