Don't allow you to have guests in the room even for a few minutes Poor sleep due to the noise from outside Noisy doors and no good lockers at the bathroom No hot water in the room

The location to the train station is excellent and it was the reason for our choice. The staff were friendly and polite.

Very tired looking. Needs a great deal of maintenance & TLC. Bathroom needs re-tiling, the bathroom door didn’t close. Despite requesting a quiet room we were in a room that had constant street traffic noise and the windows did not block any outside noise at all. Having stayed here before, because the location is perfect, we returned in the hope that not all the rooms would be so in need of care and attention. However, the room on this visit was even worse than the previous.

We were there 4 nights and the breakfast was the same every day and it wasnt good.There was only bread cheese and ham to choose. The day we leave the hotel room we saw there dead cockroach (a bug). Also it was really moisty in our room and we had to keep the window open to have a "fresh" air. Hotel staff was really loud all night long, we had room situated near the reception desk so we heard every word they say for all night long. Only the clining lady was nice.
