Cons (-) the rooms are old and showing age. Many of the fixtures and accents in the room were broken including one light with exposed wires and the door security chain. Only one towel was provided for a room with two guests and this wasn't discovered till the second person exited the shower and too late to call for more.
Pros (+) I was expecting a lot more from this hotel. I ordered breakfast one morning and I didn't come, the manager did the right thing and game me a voucher for the buffet but then they tried to charge me for the room service I never received. The room was ok but I would say the hotel isn't luxury.
Cons (-) The rooms didn't seem to be kept up as nicely as the price of them would suggest. Furniture was not very well maintained. It looked like pieces had been repainted in a black gloss paint multiple times. The room could have also been a bit cleaner.
