10.0 Excellent
Pros: A very nice, quiet , well preserved historic town. The George Washington was a great Place to stay. It had the old hotel feel. Unlike the many chain hotels everywhere. I always try to find hotels of this sort in places I visit as I am a history fan. Small room as is usual in a hotel of the era built. None of the modern chrome and plastic feel of others. And it was slightly more expensive than staying at a commercial hotel chain. Recommended to anyone staying in that area !!
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Overall ambience and helpful staff.

Pros: I loved the fact that when I asked about the movie theatre next door they had taken the time to list both the movies and their times in a binder right on the desk. They also keep a 24hr supply of coffee and cookies which is a nice touch for a late night traveler or someone who has trouble sleeping. Checkout was effortless.
Cons: If I had to be picky the breakfast didn't look like there was a whole lot of choices to be had but I must admit I flew in and out to grab a coffee.

9.4 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Having to leave at check out
6.5 Good
Pros: The hotel itself was nice
Cons: When we went to check in the desk lady told is oyr card was declined she failed to tell ua that we actually paid for room and that it was our sec deposit was what was declined so we wasted an hour and a half calling credit card company
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Affordable, comfy bed, ambience of hotel, decor.
Cons: Breakfast not free and pricey. We ate somewhere else. Got more for the same price. Mostly clean.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious room and bath facilities, very comfortable beds
Cons: Noise seemed to travel from the next room and down the hall.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast, location, comfort, and cleanliness where all up to par.
Cons: A lot of dogs in the hotel, not sure why so many dogs. Got woken up several times because of dogs barking.
5.7 Okay
Pros: Qcomfortable bed
Cons: Dirty hallways, lobby, and elevators!
6.0 Good
Pros: The beds were very comfortable
Cons: Slamming doors in the hallways loud people talking (sounded like an employee's voice) in the hallways first thing in the morning. And slamming doors. The elevators needed cleaning and carpet in the hallway was not vacuumed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: How different it is from all other hotels bow its hip and modern and very updated.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Your bartender was so attentive and amazing, her name is Melissa and she deserves it all!
Cons: The cleaning crew kept knocking on the door before Check out. We had the sign on the door and they knocked three times before check out time.
4.5 Okay
Pros: Bed was quite comfortable. Staff was generally friendly.
Cons: Main issue I believe was due to xition from 'Hotel Modern' to 'La Quinta' as the place appeared understaffed and the staff that was there was often clueless. We had two separate reservations a week apart and in both instances it took them over 10 min to figure out and confirm our prepaid reservations. The layout of the room was awkward such that turning on a light in the bathroom flooded the sleeping area with light due to a 'milk-glass' window between them. As construction was still finishing up, all public areas were quite dirty as was the floor in our room with tracked-in plaster dust.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff was friendly and the rooms were relatively spacious.
Cons: I absolutely dislike that the bathroom door is a sliding partition and there is no fan in it. The walls are relatively thin so if you need to do your business in there you'll be sharing that moment with anyone else in the room.. zero privacy
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Very modern hotel design. Modern features like USB chargers, a console with ways to connect your laptop to the TV.
Cons: Room was mostly clean, but the tile in the bathroom floor felt greasy/slick. The pillows were odd, they give you a regular pillow and then a throw pillow and I found this a little difficult to get comfortable.

Pros: Room was clean, bed was great, service was friendly and helpful, had complimentary Internet, BUT... The room lacked a mini fridge. Really?
3.1 Mediocre
Pros: Staff was very friendly she went out of way to please guest
Cons: My reservation included a fridge and microwave. First room did not have one. When I brought my reservation to front desk to question as to whether I should have a fridge she told me I should she immediately put me in a room with a fridge then told me they are doing away with fridges as they are trying to become more business hotel. In the second room we had the fridge but no microwave. The fridge failed to keep drinks cold as it the freezer was never defrosted so the fridge was pointless. I brought the attention to staff and they wanted to move me to another room. I didn't as we unpacked twice already. I will not book another room at this hotel as we had to relocate rooms twice then they were trying to relocate us a third time. This hotel also does not provide local area flyers for food establishments. When ask them about places to eat they would push the hotel restrauant on you and the prices were twice as high in their restrauant
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Large well equipped rooms Nicely decorated
Cons: Breakfast wasn't included but they did have bar and restaurant on site

Pros: The breakfast had a varied selection, enough to appeal to anyone.

Cons: The staff kept answering the phone rather than checking us in and allowing us to go to our room. NS room smelled of cigarettes (shower curtain reeked of smoke) and carpets made socks BLACK. Told staff about concerns they just said ok that was it.

Pros: The location was ideal
Cons: When we checked into our room, there was trash from the previous guests in the cans, used toiletries still in the shower, and holes and blood stains on the sheets (despite the bed having been made). We were not refunded, compensated, or even allowed to speak to a manager.
7.7 Good
Pros: The staff was amazing, they really make sure you're as taken care of as possible. The free breakfast was a small selection, but very well executed. The shower never runs out of hot water, and greatly exceeded my expectations.
Cons: The bathroom was kind of small, but still absolutely functional. The bed could be updated to something a little more comfortable, but I still slept like a baby. Also, the tv was outdated, but it worked like a charm nonetheless. Definitely worth your dollar. I would go again in a heartbeat.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: We were taking our luggage to our vehicle and encountered a member of the staff. He asked if we were checking out and what room. Before we could get back to the room from vehicle our keycard has been deactivated.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was great and the person who checked us in was very funny and kind! The main lobby was very pretty and well set up and decorated. The beds and pillows were very comfortable! Room had a small microwave and fridge as well as a coffe pot. Nice tv, didn't end up using it so I'm not true about the available channels. Over all decent for the price but definitely loser quality than expected. Very convenient and right off the highway and very easy to find!
Cons: The room was old and out dated. The frames of the pictures were broken, taped back together and then taped to the wall. Very poor outlet accessibility. The light in the bathroom had a fan that turned on with it, the fan was busted and made a very loud grinding and squeaking sound. There were burn marks in the carpet, the bathroom only had one bar of soap, not other toiletries. The sheets appear clean but had some small black scuff marks and the pillow cares were not clean, found hair and a stain on one. The ac/heater was not working properly. It would turn on for about 2 minutes then shut off completely I had to get up multiple times to turn it back on until I was too tires to care, it was also very load and irritating but I need it on because the window didn't open at all and it was extremely hot in the room. The door also did not close all the way. Had to push hard to close it and we'll as pull hard to open in. When it was closed there was a pretty large gap along the top and right side. You could push the door and it would wiggle open and closed even with the dead bolt and top lock on. The wifi was absolutely horrible, very poor connectivity and very slow when connected.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The comfort for the price was a great value! The staff was very attentive and helpful.
Cons: no problems!
6.0 Good
Pros: Good impression of exterior and lobby. Liked having a microwave and refrigerator.
Cons: Our room seemed old and out dated..(furniture). Both mornings, the shower water was cool at best. TV channell selection was just okay.

4.2 Okay
Pros: Easy on and off main route. We usually love red roof but would not stay at this one again.
Cons: VERY dirty! Floor had sticky spots all acrossed it as did the dresser. Almost as though soda had spilled a long while ago just never mopped up. Sheets stained and burn holes in them. Reeked of smoke even though non smoking room.

Pros: This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at for the $70 I spent. I requested a smoking room and it was very dirty and stains everywhere on the walls. I called the front desk to request a room change and someone came to the door within minutes (I assume he was the manager on duty or the owner) he asked me to point out what the problem was and I told him "cleanliness is very important to me in a hotel room'" He showed me the adjacent room and it was just as bad. He kept telling me, "these are smoking rooms, this is what they look like." I find this extremely unacceptable... every room should be just as clean as the next. Invest in a Mr. Clean magic eraser or SOMETHING! We finally settled on a non smoking room and I revived no compensation for my time and poor experience. (According to him, he could not refund my $ b/c I used a 3rd party to book the stay.) Some of the things that I encountered were: - stains on the bathroom wall & doors. -toilets didn't flush properly. - stains on multiple walls and near light switches - dirty telephones & dirty laminated TV guide paper - holes in blankets on bed. - stains on curtains from wall mounted air conditioner - out dated televisions & furniture (not a huge deal, but it could be addressed)

Pros: There is nothing to like about this hotel. I would not recommend staying here under any circumstances.
Cons: Rooms and hallways had a terrible musty smell. Probably the AC unit in room has never been sanitized. Woke up at 4 am to a bug crawling on my arm and found two other bugs in the bathroom.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable beds. Fridge and microwave in rooms. Flat screen television. Quiet.
Cons: Bathroom was laughably small. I didn't personally deal with any of the staff, but my father said the guy working behind the counter was kind of hateful.
