The hotel does not accept credit cards. It was quite disappointing after a reservation where we had to provide credit card details.
Beautiful place. Clean, large rooms with balcony. Delicious and varied breakfast. The only minus (I consider it as an advantage) that the hotel is located in a small town about 15-20 minutes of driving uphill from innsbruck.
Excellent views of the surrounding mountains & very good atmosphere created by the hosts
We stopped on our way and found this hotel very cosy with friendly personnel. We had a nice walk through the village, admired nice views and then had an excellent dinner downstairs in the hotel restaurant. We would certainly recommend this hotel. Good value for money.
We spent 1 night in order to pass through Austria. This hotel is perfect to do so. Near the highway, but far enough not to hear any highway. Service and rooms are perfect for one night!
A very warm welcome and a comfortable feel to the entire hotel. The bedroom was large and the bathroom especially well equipped. Overall a very enjoyable experience.
Acomodation very true tyrolean. The food in the hotel was excellent, Highly recommend. Free internet access N/A
The reason why we have choosen the hotel was the location near to the Kristallwelten from Svarovski. Else we would not have stayed at that hotel. The room was not cleaned well. We found stuff from the guests staying at the room before us.
Comfort and location are super for stopover on your trip to the Wintersports.
the missing heating iwas no pleasure the above
Very clean and friendly hotel, with reasonably good facilities - ideal for guests on business trip.
Except for lack of parking place everything was fine. Breakfast sufficiant, rooms excellent, service friendly.
Location Quite old, maybe they need to think on renovating their washrooms with new equipments.
This is a beautiful hotel not far from Innsbruck. Tucked away in a cute little village which we did not have time to explore but would have loved to. Our room was huge and lovely. Dinner at the restaurant was only 14 euro each and had 4 courses..yum! We loved using the indoor pool and sauna which had views towards the mountains. This hotel was very cheap for what you got, we loved it.
This was an excellent hotel. I was surprised by how good it was given the low price. I paid for a single but stayed in a large, newly refurbished double room with balcony. The two young members of staff who take care of the day to day management are friendly, highly efficient and speak excellent English. Highly impressed and recommended. I liked everything about the hotel. Jenbach itself is not very interesting but this hotel is a great place to stay for accessing the nearby sights.
The room and owners were great. The bedroom was spotless and well decorated. The beds were comfortable as well. The owners were very attentive to all our needs and questions.
Not many impressions, it was a one night stay on the way south. The hotel is centrally located, easily accessible, fully equipped and its staff is very friendly and helpful.
We've booked a 3 person's room. It was very nice and clean. It is a comfertable place to stay, we where heading for Fugen, to have a ski holiday. This was an exellent alternative. Nice people and Gemutlich!
The room was well decorated on arrival. Liked the way how the quilts were rolled up. It has dinning place, though we did not use it. The breakfast is included in the room price. The hotel is located just off the main road. One could easily miss it in the bunch of cars parked around it. It has a restaurant on ground floor, that seems to busy during evenings. The hotel lady only speaks German, and had little difficulty explaining her that we had a booking in the hotel. The owner speaks English, but he wasn't the first person I met. If you are driving with a car, then it has a limited car space at the back of the hotel, where cars are made to park very close to each other. The owner said, he needs car parking space to squeeze in more cars in limited space. The hotel is old, and doesn't have lift, so you need to carry your luggage through stairs if you are staying on the 2nd floor.
A nice hotel with friendly staff and good food near Innsbruck. After staying one night we returned for three more nights later in our holiday.
The room and the facilities in the room were vary good The breakfast was poor and did not meet international standards
Only the price for the room and also the Thai restaurant was ok The receptionist quickly collect the amount and just after that dissapeared and reception was closed. He knew exactly what could have been happened. We've got the the room which was full of cigarettes "flavour" even we ordered non-smoking room. Never take room with "street view" in this hotel - not only because of the cars but also because of the night club. Both of them makes your sleep completely impossible - in fact the very interesting, sometimes completely drunked, persons had the whole night hughe party directly in front of your window. There were shouting and had a very nice time. Interesting introduction to visit the Kristallwelten next day. Full size disaster.
The location of the hotel near the Alps and the Swarovski facilities. Noisy, strip tease place in the basement of the hotel. The pictures on the internet are deceiving, the hotel is not as nice as it is on the pictures (I would say it is not the same place), and it is definitely not a 3 1/2 star hotel at all. I would rate it as 2 stars only.
The staff was very welcoming. The location of the hotel was fantastic. Free private parking and food was excellent. The room was confortable and big with access to balcony. The hotel is beside a Exotic Strip Club and a beer stand therefore it was noisy at night.
The price was right, it was clean and mostly quiet. Needs an elevator
Location Management and staff smoking in reception area
Loud disco music at night. Bit of a strange set-up for an alpine chalet hotel. Table-dancing and other spurious activities at the disco advertised. Room was a bit tatty. I have a sneaky suspicion that the rooms are normally only used for very short occupancy, linked with the disco activities down stairs. Anyhow, it did the job for us for our one night transit stay. Cheap and fairly cheerful.
very close to the village. walking distance to swarovski and to the daniel swarovski statue. near to the only restaurant with an english menu. large car park. large pine bed. tv in room with full size fridge. large window with balcony. table and chair in room. extremely small bathroom.
Close to Swarosvki crystal factory and monument. Free parking, small town near highway 20 kms from innsbruck. Breakfast was too small , only bread , cheese, coffee. bathroom is too small
The breakfast was good and free
Very clean and comfortable room. Good oriental restaurant. An elevator would have been nice, luckily we didn't need all of our luggage. We were very glad that we weren't there on a Fri. or Sat., when the exotic disco bar was open in the basement! (Somehow I missed the reviews when booking this one.)
We stayed only one night. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a well maintained with good meals. Room was comfortable and spacious. It is located is in a Tirol village with breathtaking views of Austrian Alps.
Quiet surroundings, very close to the city of Innsbruck, dinner was good and not expensive. Rooms are very good, the beds are good. The parking lot of the hotel was almost full ( we arrived at 21.00 ), but still we managed to park one of the two cars in the parking lot. Reception was not very helpful.
Its location, family style and personel behaviour
The proprieter was friendly and helpful. This hotel has the best reputation in the area for food and wine. We did not know that the Hotel Restaurant was closed even to residents on Sunday and had problems finding anywhere to eat that night. Also the room was not tended to that day.The Church bells; they shut off at 10pm but started at 6am so it was impossible to sleep beyond that time. Would warn anyone I thought of recommending this hotel to about the bells! thought it was overpriced compared to anyo ther country but am told this is because it is in the Tirol.....
Very nice hotel and the owners were very accommodating..Highly reccommend this hotel just a short drive from Innsbruck.
food, easy to access from highway bed was not comfortable enough
The manager was really helpful and flexible. Whilst breakfast we were informed that breakfast would not be served until 7am, the manager still allowed us to have breakfast earlier. In addition he helped us charge the battery of our car. We had two separate beds at different corners of the room. Not really a major issue, but it would have been nice to have one bed or two adjacent beds. We didn't specifically ask for that.
staff were really friendly and helpfull
the room for a family of 4 was superb
The room exceeded expectations; the whole hotel was well maintained & clean; the owner/manager was a good host who made us feel very welcome & added to our holiday.
The location is great and the place is easy to find. It is an old building, with big wide doors and lots of wood panelling. Food is excellent, both evening and breakfast, the staff are great fun and engaging. Room isn't the freshest with regard to decor, but at the price it is just fine.
The location and views are fantastic and it's very well placed for exploring the area and the food and hospitality are excellent No
The stuff was friendly. The room was great. The price was low.
Great location, 25 min from Hochfugen ski resort. 30 min from Innsbruck. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Good value for it's price. 3rd floor, no elavetor.
Delightful family run hotel, good food, good location. A real joy.
Nice and quiet family owned hotel. Excellent location, easy to find. Free wireless Internet. A little outdated, but this is the charm of a 400 years old establishment...
10 minute walk from Rotholz on the Zillertalbahn. Very friendly and welcoming family. Good food. Would happily stay again.
