With very disappointed and would not stay there again

9.1 Excellent
Pros: Clean, quiet, close to everything, the room was very nice, nicest/ cleanest/newest hotel in Baker City. Excellent deal for what we paid through KAYAK. We will be staying here frequently.
Cons: There are some minor details that are being overlooked, one of tge lampshades was damaged and needed replaced, half the tv channels were in spanish and no one new how to fix it, the restaurant would have been convenient if it was finished, but with new owners and remodeling I am sure it will continue to improve.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Phenomenal customer service, incredibly clean facilities, and one of the best most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Will definitely stay here again.
7.0 Good
Pros: Conveniently located, close to the freeway, but quiet. Lots of parking. Rooms had access to nicely landscaped grounds around the pool. Small table and chairs right outside for our use. A limited breakfast and coffee was made available which we appreciated.
Cons: Clerk at check-in said “no breakfast” even though there was a sign saying a limited breakfast was available. And there was a limited breakfast available. The room itself was clean but I had concerns about the cleanliness of the outside furniture and the hairdryer in the room.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Very nice inner-court. Recommend to ask for that.

Pros: Easy access. Ground floor pet access room to offsite pet area. Good breakfast bar. Reception was very personable and efficient when we checked in after a long days drive. Not the Four Seasons but better than Motel 6 if you are looking for a good nights sleep along the way. Especially if you are travelling with your pet dog.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The room was fairly comfortable although not very large. With a king size bed there wasn't room for much else.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to downtown. Great value and very friendly staff.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: But the orange juice was okay.
Cons: Water turned cool in shower at 10:pm Saturday night. Heater fan is very loud, so I turned it off for the night. Refrigerator is very annoying when it starts so I unplugged it. It was also in the way to the bathroom. It would block some people. Hopefully there are other rooms for wheelchair bound people. Breakfast appeared to be Froot Loops, raisin bran, and donuts, so we went out for a real breakfast. But the orange juice was okay. Even though I payed on-line with my credit card the night before, rather than having just a quick look at my credit card, manager seemed to take a long time to figure it out. I am hoping he didn't double charge us.
4.0 Okay
Cons: Place needs to be plowed under. Get what you pay for, I guess.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Girl if front office courtious.
Cons: First key didnt work.... chase around and fix that.... get the next room.... 2 beds.... both dirty.... while fixing that situation.... girlfriend found all the mattresses that were just replaced.... but the new ones were dirty already??? Stay away....

Pros: too early for breakfast railroad tracks close
Cons: see above
7.5 Good
Cons: Motel had the look of being rather run down, poor maid service and has to plunge toilet
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing..
Cons: Shown as a budget motel, but more accurately should be shown as a budget dump. The office reeked of cooking odors, the staff couldn't get out of the chair to greet us, the place is a disarray, the bed was hard as a brick, the room was less than clean, there was dried vomit on a wall in the bath room, the "pool" was nothing more than a concrete pond located on the corner of 2 streets, and the "continental breakfast" was 2 different cold cereals, mile and a banana. We stayed 1 night and despite having paid for 3 nights, we checked out and left this mess.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything convenient and functional
Cons: Facilities a little dated.
4.6 Okay
Cons: Older motel. The morning breakfast was very limited

Pros: Cheap
Cons: No one there until 3pm
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very quiet place. I'm going to stay another day just to enjoy that. The beds are soo comfy. The way the building is layed out very little sound carries over from anointing rooms. Best in room coffee ever in a hotel motel, and not stingy with just one cup like most other's, 4 how about that! Nice laundromat just a couple blocks towards town. Large parking lot.
Cons: ? I'm not seeing it

Cons: Trains do go by every few hours.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very clean. Simple and comfy. The hostess was very welcoming.
Cons: Nothing
5.4 Okay
Pros: It was clean and they did provide extra pillows as requested.
Cons: Room was too small to have 2 beds and 4 adults. Bathroom is tiny and shower can barely turn around in. Toilet seat was broken/loose. Door to room was loose and when we reported to worker, they already knew this but didn’t fix it. Missing part of coffee pot, staff already knew this as well but didn’t provide missing piece. Way too close to the railroad and there were trains going by about every 20-30 minutes all day and all night!!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My go to motel on the way to or from Idaho and Oregon or parts East
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very neat and clean. Except for the train running past, which didn't bother me, this was a very quiet motel. Comfortable bed and better coffee than most motels.

Pros: The history! While it is a fun and nice-enough place to stay, I can only imagine what it would have been like in its heyday. The atmosphere inside the hotel is a bit like what I would imagine that time-traveling adventure to be like.
Cons: The breakfast had all the setup for something awesome, it was a bit of a dud. The staff was very friendly, but the food was just pretty average (and not really their fault).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Dinner on the other hand was fabulous. Perfect and staff spot on.
Cons: Breakfast needs improvements huge. Sausage gravy pot wasn't turned on so cold. No biscuits for the gravy. No alternative protein options available, No optionfor those with egg allergies and the toaster was way too small for the bread provided.

Cons: The office wasn't even open when we arrived at 4:30 PM and there were no cars making us think the place had shut down. When someone finally answered and checked us in I felt like we were imporing.

Pros: Easy to get to. Good breakfast.

Pros: They must be doing extensive remodeling, the room we were in looked brand new! We'll stop there again.

Pros: This hotel was very clean. The staff was awesome and so was the location. If you as a customer find this hotel a mess, its because someone else did it. Will for sure be staying here again.

Pros: Not much.
Cons: It was old, dowdy &!needed a thorough cleaning. Exterior doors didn’t work properly and the door to my room didn’t close completely you can see daylight between the door and the door frame. The whole facility was not to the standards that I would expect from Quality Inns. With very disappointed and would not stay there again

Pros: Location
Cons: Old. Run down. Had to wait several minutes when I first arrived as no one was at front desk.
