As soon as I booked this through Internet, I tried to cancel my booking because of my flight was cancelled. However, they declined my request. I have never experienced that before.I don't want to travel Cebu any more. You should have understood your client's situation. Do not think about your profit but guests' mind.. This is my last advice to you. Their attitude
Ok, first time in Cebu. Simply wanted something clean and safe. This place is in hooker central so good for single guys. The streets around Mango place are not safe. My boyfriend got 'bumped' by a small child 10 mins after leaving the hotel. The cleanliness wasnt good but just ok for 1 night. It is across the road from a karaoke club and its really loud, all night. The breakfast was the worst ive had. Very old gross food and bad quality. However, its a cheap hotel so you get what you pay for in Cebu.
Price, location, and friendly and very helpful staff Nothing. One shouldn’t complain too much since this is a budget hotel in the first place.
The Castle Peak Hotel in Cebu offers affordable accommodations for budget conscious travelers. The location, though not perfect is very accessible to Cebu's main shopping area and business district. Buffet breakfast is worth the price too. They really need to give this hotel a real good scrubbing! It's dirty, the room needs renovation, and they need to improve the bathroom's water pressure and heating system. Wifi signal is weak.
It was convenient in the city, and had parking. Maintenance issues. First room had broken TV and Shower. Switched to a new room where I couldn't access the Hotel WiFi as it was too far from the router. Insane.
The hotel staff are good, as always.
Free WiFi and it's fast, looks like 4Mbps at least The toilet paper - they should put in a new roll for every new guest. Or they can put in extra roll if it's halfway empty/full. I had to call Housekeeping twice before I had the toilet paper.
friendly staff and helpful. while the buffett was ok I did not think it was worth the extra 298 php
The bed was comfortable. No hot water for first two days. Construction on adjoining building that wasn't listed in the website...noise would have been a factor in deciding not to stay at this hotel.
The panoramic view of Cebu City from the 38th floor. Lobby is too small. No quiet place to sit.
friendly staff and nice view elevator queing
friendly staff Room was dirty, mold in CR. Had to pay for pool towels, no guard in the front of hotel to direct entrance to between towers. High 4 star price, but the hotel was more 2 star quality.
the hotel room was high standard and did not disappoint. Its is a very busy place with high volumes of people visiting the other facilities here. This makes for long waits for lifts for example and an air of great busyness around reception that makes familiarity or feeling at home as a guest hard. There were facilities scattered around the two tower complex but there seem to be a membership system that takes getting used to in order to use them.
Too bad elevators, slow and just two for two many guests. To much noise from street traffic.
