How is the hotel's staff and customer service?
Staff were fantastic! Whole place had a luxury with a family feel! Setting was good for the soul! Food in both the Fisherman's pub and breakfast was SO tasty!!
What are the common concerns about the hotel's dining experience?
We had one dinner in the Fisherman's bar, which was only adequate. Oversalted broth with the mussels, raw carrots, and a Guinness and steak pie that was 90% mash. Maybe the chef was having a night off that Monday but the food should not have been served.
