Pros. The location was excellent, and facilities were very clean, and the price was affordable. The staff was also friendly and helpful. And I felt extremely safe in this hotel.
Cons. The hotel room was a bit stark, but that is to be expected in a budget hotel. Also, I did not appreciate that they charged for drinking water. No other hotel I encountered in all of Thailand did that. A very cheap move.
Pros. Cleanest hotel in the city. It's my 4th time here and I love the simple nature of how it is all put together. Very Zen.
Pros. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. It was very quiet but super close to the main Sukhumvit road. The staff was very friendly. Internet was good speed!
Cons. It was very small. The hallways were not air conditioned so the AC in the room being off most of the day made it for a hot room. It got better after 15 minutes but it was still a bit annoying. No fridge in the room. Bare bones room.
Pros. Hotel is new - good bed - look clean at the 1st glance and is in a good location. the front desk people are nice and response fast that compensate the lack of room service.

Poor cleaning of room and bathroom - cheap soap and shampoo when they remember to put that in the bathroom. there is no consistency. you have to ask them to clean bathroom, change the bed pillow, sheet and cover otherwise they won t do. they just make the bed. there is no phone in room. if you have an emergency you have lo leave your room to the corridor to call the front desk. the rooms are very small and you clearly hear your neighbor conversation and his tv.
