Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near public transport and friendly, attentive service from staff, with several reviews highlighting positive experiences with helpful employees. However, cleanliness is a major concern, with multiple guests reporting issues such as dust, hair, and insufficient housekeeping. Breakfast is another area of disappointment, often described as lacking variety, quality, or quantity. Some guests also appreciate the comfortable and spacious rooms, but noise and outdated decor are occasionally mentioned as drawbacks. Overall, the hotel offers good value and convenience, but improvements in cleanliness and breakfast are needed.AI-Generated from customer reviews
