Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were highly dissatisfied with their stay, citing extremely poor service, unclean rooms, lack of promised amenities like breakfast, and maintenance issues throughout the property. Many also mentioned that the hotel did not honor bookings, denied entry to some guests, and had unprofessional staff. Cleanliness was a major concern, with reports of dirty linens, broken fixtures, and unhygienic conditions. While a few reviews mentioned reasonable prices and decent rooms, the overwhelming sentiment was negative, with guests feeling the hotel did not deliver value for money or a comfortable experience.
