Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many highlighting its proximity to key attractions and amenities. Cleanliness was another standout aspect, as rooms were frequently described as spotless and well-maintained. The service received high marks for being friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Several guests also appreciated the spaciousness of the rooms. While most feedback was positive, a few reviews mentioned issues with bed comfort and discrepancies between advertised and actual facilities, but these were outweighed by the positive experiences.
