The rooms were clean, the staff was always available if we needed service or towels, etc, which was great!
Because of COVID-19 the pool and the fitness centre were not available. This was not listed on website, but It would be helpful to know beforehand. For the same reason, the breakfast was only granola bars and coffee, which is understandable but it would be nicer to have more options. Regarding the hotel itself, the curtains didn't close all the way, so the room had a lot of light at night.
Room was lovely, jacuzzi tub was pretty nice. Bed was very comfortable. Staff checking us in were awesome.
Jets in the jacuzzi didn't work. Napoleon on the mirror above the tub was a little creepy!
Room was great. Awsome value
Check in was bumpy. First couldn't find my reservation. Then said I had to pay when I had already paid. Then said a different site and payment method was used. Hit a few other snags as well that turned me off completely. Staff I dealt with wasn't very nice at all. Eventually got everything figured out but took far longer than it should have
Comfortable bed and good AC
The bathroom floor was uneven. Very strict when it comes to friends coming in the room.
This might sound strange but the showers had the best water pressure I have seen at a hotel.
