The hotel is located in Old Town, with 7-11, KK, banks, and vegetarian restaurants nearby. It is also near the bus express terminal and many food shops. However, some guests found the hotel quite far from the malls and with roads often jammed, especially during the evening.

The staff is excellent, polite, and always smiling. They are also friendly and accommodating, trying to fulfill guests' requests. However, some guests found the reception staff not so friendly and not courteous.
