Pros (+) The location is gorgeous as is the building. The rooms are very comfortable, as are the beds.
Cons (-) The pervasive theme of the weekend was that requests weren't filled and some (not all) of the staff. Didn't care. Allison at the front desk was amazing, however.

Pros (+) Staff was great and that people that worked there went out of their way to be helpful and were very friendly. Location was beautiful and the resort is a picturesque escape from the city.
Cons (-) Visited just before ski season. Hotel was dead. Hotel's main restaurant was closed for renovation, couldn't even get a cocktail in hotel lobby. Hotel had the nerve to charge a resort fee when you can't even get food other than from their small coffee shop.
