Breakfast choice was cereal / yogurt, tea / coffee and toast . No cooked food. Reasonable accommodation cost.
The building needs a bit of TLC and the "deluxe queen suite" title is probably a little overstated.
The fact that it was on an historical site
That the hotel on this site was not open on Sunday afternoon after saying it was...it wasn’t! No staff to find out what was going on!just a note to say back at 8am next day
Good basic accommodation. Very comfortable and well located. Breakfast was excellent (Local apple juice and jams were delicious) short walk required from accommodation to breakfast. (Might need an umbrella if raining). Surrounded by original park like gardens. Definitely stay again.
Liked it all. Nothing to report.
Breakfast was more than adequate. Staff are friendly and helpful and the whole surroundings are fabulous. Can definitely suggest that if you have time for a break in August, this place is the best.
The grounds were beautiful the room was comfortable
The bathroom needed attention grout mouldy A generator or motor kept running off and on all night
