They overcharged us when we arrived. We had reserved 3 rooms for three nights at 4386 Yuan. When we arrived, we were not allowed to get our room unless we paid 4525 Yuan. The next day the receptionist told us to pay about 1000 Yuan more as it was a holiday. She said her manager told her to charge this. When we asked for the phone number of her manager, she said we do not need to pay. The first half of the photos of the hotel are not the hotel in Beijing. the Beijing hotel is run down and the rooms are sparse and cramped. Only one room had a window to the outside.
10 mins walk to metro station. If u like walking then you can walk to tianamen square. In principle it is a clean hotel but the bathroom needs to be renovated
Old bathroom, use phone to translate, they do not have any experience to handle tourists.
Didn't take credit card for payment - ok if you were a chinese national with a bank account, but for a foreign national, paying that much in cash was a little unexpected. There were bank ATM's across the street however.
Pillows were flat. Mattress was stiff. But worst of all - air conditioning smelled weird and did not cool the room.
This comfortable hotel is situated in Beijing City. The hotel features a total of 117 rooms. Customers will not be bothered during their stay, as this is not a pet-friendly establishment.
