Situated by the ocean, Inn on the Beach is a great choice for a stay in St. Pete Beach. Free perks include WiFi, self parking, and continental breakfast available on weekends. There's a terrace, and rooms offer flat-screen TVs and refrigerators.
Pros: Location, Location, Location!!! Well maintained grounds.
Pros: The hotel was amazingly clean and very close to a number of restaurants and shops.
Cons: The A/C was not especially cold.
Pros: Neat, clean and very close to the beach area we desired.
Cons: Kitchenette a little smaller than desired, but very nice.
Pros: Rooms and staff were pleasant, when the A/C stopped working we were granted another room for the night.
Cons: Air conditioner stopped working one evening, however we were provided with access to another room.
Pros: Nice clean room.
Cons: Parking situation and it's not as close to the beach than you think.
Pros: Hotel employee was such a pleasure to work with. We were enjoying our weekend so much we extended a night with no issues and full accommodation. Above all, the room was very clean. Loved that we were within walking distance to the beach & the best Ita
Will definitely stay here again. The staff even returned a credit card my wife left in the room.
Pros: Beautiful plants, large suite with door to bed room, convenient to everything. Very helpful and friendly staff
Pros: Our 'cottage' was cute, clean and homey! Had that Old Florida feel - exactly what we were looking for. Quiet, within walking distance to the beach.
Cons: Wish there had been a hot tub, and the pool was small. But we would still go back!
Pros: 1 bedroom unit is specious compare to typical hotel room. Near beach. Small complex.
Cons: Room and hotel needs updating. Parking spaces are limited. Room has peculiar smell like smoking/humid. Beds are stiff like timber.
Very relaxed atmosphere, friendly. The open areas had plenty of shade. The room was very clean, the kitchenette was clean and equipped with necessities. I will stay here again.
Pros: The property owner was on-site and very efficient, very friendly. The beach was very close, the parking was free.
Pros: Charming little motel in a cute 'old' beach neighborhood. Within walking distance of at least 7 good restaurants. Room (116) had a small apartment feel to it with couch, recliner, and kitchen. A nice relaxing place where I'd stay again.
Overall, it was one of the best motel experiences I've had!
Pros: Great location...came with microwave, fridge, and a stove top!
Cons: One minor thing: coffee provided (which that's cool) was ready at 8am...too late for early birds...but they provide a real coffee maker in the room, so bring your favorite grind from home!
Just a 5 minute walk from the sandy shore, this colorful St. Pete Beach motel features an outdoor pool with spa jets. Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas. Cable TV and a kitchenette are found in each bright, wood-furnished room of Carlton House. A coffee maker and an iron are also included. Guests of the Carlton are welcome to relax on the deck next to the pool or cook out on the barbecue. Free coffee is served every morning. The Majesty Casino is 10 minutes from the motel. The Gulf Beaches Historical Museum is 13 miles away.
Pros: Location is great and interior of rooms were nicely renovated; however exterior and common areas look like old Florida condo
Cons: I thought service was mediocre. Staff training and attitude is clearly lacking and falls way short for a property at this price level. Came back after a day being out and room not serviced. Not able to service since housekeepers go home. Promised housekeeper would be sent over from main property-never happened. Mediocre cleanliness. Missing service items.
Pros: The location was great, very clean and best of all you allowed big dogs.
Cons: not well signed on the road, the elimination area for the dogs was a little smal
Pros: We stayed for our Anniversary, was quiet and clean, and we were very happy with our room and our view of St Pete Beach. Loved it!
Pros: It was very clean. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Perfect sunset watching. Very close to the beach. Had a great time.
Cons: There should be more restaurant/nightlife options.

Pros: Great staff- helpful, cheerful, funny, kind.
Cons: way to soft beds and pillows- food prices are very high for what you pay for high priced room, and would have been nice receiving free coffee when ordering meals.
Pros: I was local and my AC went out so I stayed at this hotel. Very nice and comfortable. A little expensive for a Tuesday!
Pros: beach attendants very helpful and accommodating, especially Earnie
Cons: Extra charges in the last few years such as parking and newspapers placed at doors in the morning.
Pros: Great value. Beautiful sunset.
Cons: Too far from downtown
Pros: Luxurious and relaxing
Pros: Directly on a beautiful beach. Easy to find. Everything you need is in the resort.

Pros: The service was fabulous, room large, walk across the street to one of the top beaches in the world. Shout out to Kate, Rich, Kim, Derrick.
Cons: Liked all
Pros: There was so much to like, the staff, our rooms, the back pool and deck, and all the other detail that made it extremely nice.
Cons: If only it was on the beach. But it was not hard to get on the beach from the hotel
Pros: The hotel is beautiful, and the staff was amazing. We partied on the new rooftop lounge and were able to see a 360 degree view of fireworks from St. Pete, Clearwater, and even Tampa! Amazing views, great music, engaging staff. We are local, so we stay at the beach often. We will definitely make this one of favorites and recommend to our family and friends. We may come by boat next time, as they have mooring privileges. Looking forward to that amazing food from Castile next time too.
Pros: Great location friendly staff
Cons: Small room
Pros: Great general location
Front desk and staff was EXCELLENT!!!
Cons: Location was not easily found-Signage was very lacking.
Access to charging outlet for phone and personal communication was like a scavenger hunt.
No option for self parking, parking fee was mandatory and only by valet.
No directional signage upon arrival to direct to front desk for check-in.
Pros: This hotel just opened, so the facilities are great. Rooms are wonderful and management truly cares about your happiness - and takes steps to correct anything that went wrong. Our room was very large with an additional side room area that could be completely separated so some could work or play in one part of the room without disturbing others wanting to sleep. Showers were awesome - large walk-in double headed shower areas. Everything about the rooms was top notch.
Cons: Service was awful on two occasions. Between a waitress just not bringing us water, jelly, and yogurt we had asked for at breakfast, and another incident where breakfast room service took an hour to deliver (and when they did there was no silverware - they came back 25 minutes later with that so we enjoyed cold breakfast) I can say the wait staff has some work to do. That being said the manager did take steps to correct the incidents. Management truly cares - they just have some kinks to work out.
The Kimpton Hotel Zamora features a rooftop terrace and puts you within a 15-minute drive of Salvador Dali Museum and Tropicana Field. You can splash around at the outdoor pool, visit the restaurant for a bite to eat, or unwind with a drink at one of the 3 bars/lounges. A poolside bar and a fitness center are other highlights, and rooms at this upscale hotel offer up nice touches like pillowtop beds with premium linens.
Situated on the bay, Pasa Tiempo Private Waterfront Resort is a great choice for a stay in St. Pete Beach. Guests can enjoy the outdoor pool, and kayaking and parasailing are nearby. Rooms at this boutique hotel offer up nice touches like pillowtop beds with premium linens and down comforters.
Cons: Dishwasher too small and non-cotton sheets on bed
At Vistas on the Gulf by Liberte', you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Salvador Dali Museum. Guests can take a dip in the outdoor pool, and the spa tub makes for a relaxing end to the day. Condos feature bonuses like kitchens and washers/dryers, along with balconies and sofa beds.
Pros: Ideal for families. So much to do and such a beautiful location. Something for everyone.
Cons: Food was pricey, but to be expected.
Pros: Great location with lots of activities on the beach. Family/kid friendly. Great staff. Resort restaurants were convenient and good food. Great value for the price. Free parking and free beach cabana for guests was nice also. Would definitely stay again.
Cons: Room was small
Pros: Beachfront location, lots of activities,
Cons: Loud court yard noise
Cons: Didn't like that you got your parking pass from the Time Share people, if I wish to have a time share, i will purchase a time share. I'm on vacation and do not need a sales pitch!

Best of all, when you stay at TradeWinds Island Grand, you get to enjoy all the activities, recreation, restaurants and more at our neighboring sister property, Guy Harvey Outpost!
Pros: The staff was very friendly. We had a room with a kitchen and a balcony, it was better than we had anticipated. Nice boutique hotel. We will stay here again.
Cons: Inconvenience of having to check in at the sister hotel down the street.
A great choice for a stay in St. Pete Beach, Bayview Plaza Waterfront Resort features an airport shuttle during limited hours and a marina. The outdoor pool is a great spot for a morning swim, and guests can get a workout in at the fitness center. Rooms feature kitchenettes, MP3 docks, and LCD TVs.
Pros: The property was clean & bright. Right on the beach! The pool was beautiful and there were lots of other things to do onsite, as well.
Pros: Fabulous location. Dollar store, grocery tore and pharmacy close. Nice pool, right on beach.
Cons: Floor dirty. Children walking around barefoot in room and feet were black. Bathroom and walls in need of repair.
Pros: The location is great, the beach and beach amenities were great. The tiki bar had great service and great value. Overall this resort was a great value for the money.
Cons: Bathroom was small but still very usable.
Pros: Great location and Beach! Updated facilities are nice. Tiki bar is the bomb!
Pros: Second time we stayed. Very comfortable room. Beautiful beach front. Didnt have to pay a fee for a chair or umbrella. Towels provided for beach. Love doing business with a local business instead of a chain hotel. Will definitely return again. Very close to restaurants and all the action at St Pete Beach.
Pros: Staff was very nice, room was clean and spacious. Liked that their was a kitchen in the room. Very pleased with our stay. Private beach and pool was great.
Cons: Nothing,everything was great
Pros: We spent all our time on the private beach. Those Adirondack chairs are the best. Between the beach, the gulf, and the pool, we had all that we needed. Location is great, can walk to Walgreens and Publix. Rooms are nice, the kitchenette is very handy. The staff very friendly.
Cons: They originally put us in a room that opened to the street, which was kind of noisy, but when we asked to be moved, they readily accommodated.
Pros: Right on the beach.... clean, friendly, and really good bars auond to drink at
Cons: They didn't have a pool side bar...
Cons: Not all rooms are created equal
Pros: Location and room size.
Cons: Booked through a third party.,Priceline they treated me as if I was the lowest of the low.
I reserved a king but when I arrived they told me they didn't guarantee anything boom through a third party.
They sctually have I sign that's says you if you booked your reservation through ANY of the hotel booking sites other than their own
You might not even get to stay in the same room for the duration to stay. In other wards you would have to move based on the important prow who booked through their site.
Also they CLAIMED to have a " fitness" center. That consisted of a property down the street that had a closet type room with 3 machines and none if them worked. That was VERY. Dissapointing. Just beware DO NOT BOOK THROUGH A THIRD PARTY!
Pros: That it was on the beach and the room was spacious.
Cons: The bed was very uncomfortable.
At Plaza Beach Hotel Beachfront Resort, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Salvador Dali Museum. You can visit the fitness center for a workout or unwind with a drink at the beach bar. An outdoor pool and a garden are offered, and in-room conveniences include refrigerators and microwaves.
Pros: Beach front. Staff was nice. Tile floors in the bedroom and bathroom which is great for cleanup but also makes it easy for bare feet to pick up all the sand and debris that you bring in from outside. Beautiful view from Spinner and Rooftop restaurants which also light up in colors at night. My kids loved the breakfast buffet $16 A/$8 C. Good for the value if you're hungry and like eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, grits, oatmeal and cereal in large quantities. Lots of palm trees situated around the back of the hotel partially shading the pool deck during the day and creates a nice setup for weddings. Water at the beach was turquoise and pretty but not clear. Calm waters in the mornings, a little choppy in the evenings. No big waves so forgo the boogie boards unless you just want it as a floating device. Parking was a hit or miss. Nice layout outside for parking and traffic flow but underneath the garage was a nightmare, not ideal for big cars. Good location for walking to other restaurants, stores and entertainments.
Cons: Swimming suit cover up required while inside the hotel. Bathroom was tiny. Nice for small people but tight for big people. Hallway carpet is dated and smelled. Elevator is tiny and right in the path going from the front of the resort to the back entrance to the beach. Lots of traffic jams during peak hours. Swimming pool is small. It's supposed to be heated but doesn't always feel so. No hot tub. Good to have restaurants on sight but food was expensive. Service at Bongos was ok. Super busy so the wait is long. Bring your own umbrella to the beach or you can rent a cabana $25/umbrella $35.
Pros: The Beach and easy access. Bongos is the best and wait staff at Bongos is outstanding!!! Food is wonderful! Spinners has always been a favorite of my family's, all visiting relatives have always taken trips up there for the view. All employees were friendly from top to bottom, very professional, fun and energetic.
Cons: The breakfast buffet went up in price and should at least include orange juice which was 3.50 for a glass. I assumed a beverage such as juice would have been included. The elevators are slow and more computers or a private room with computers would be nice, like the Serata has, which requires a room key for access and has 4 computers, a business center. The gym is low rate and some machines are off balance on the floor. Seems unused and unkept.
Pros: The Lounge and Spinners had excellent food and amazing views. Good location and it's right on the beach.
Cons: Sheets were not soft, walls were thin, and elevator was slow.
Pros: The people at the service desk were excellent. The top floor with the spectacular views were wonderful. The outside bar was romantically set up with live music on the beach was great. Every room had a balcony and all felt like you were at an exclusive resort. Very clean. We arrived at 11 AM and they welcomed us and told us which rooms were available. Alan
Cons: Housekeeping was not good. Left dirty dishes in the room, didn't replace coffee or coffee cups.
Pros: Very dated. Staff is very professional and friendly! (They are doing that right) Property just needs updating overall. Rooms not quiet. Can hear neighbors like they are in your room. Parking is decent, go in the underground garage and take elevator right up to your room.
Pros: The staff was so nice and friendly. The food was delicious. Everything was right there. Restuarants, bars, entertainment and beach. What else do you need
Pros: Spinning restaurant, beach front location !
Cons: The hallways were not cleaned. They were dirty. The decor of the hotel is outdated.
Pros: Location location location! Great food and exceptional beach bar / restaurant.
Cons: Old hotel. Needs more updates
Pros: I love the restaurant that they have on the roof top. I also love the views.
Pros: Room was nice.
Cons: Bar under window open till 300am .loud music. 600am maintenence people start loud machinery. Crazy. No sleep.
Pros: The best price for beach front. Room was dirty, stain on sheets, hair on bathroom floor and in shower. Breakfast food not the good for the price but iHop is across the street.

Pros: The location and view of the beach was incredible.
Cons: The entire facility seemed outdated, run-down and in need of renovations. Probably would not stay here again.
Pros: I loved being on the beach with all actives and atmosphere.
Pros: The atmosphere begs to be enjoyed. You will not find. More relaxing environment.

Cons: Sofa bed was uncomfortable and the distance to check in was understated. Very friendly staff though!
Pros: Spotlessly clean, nice design, and I had a nice little kitchen.
Cons: Unfortunate that the booking didn't tell me that the check-in was at a different hotel a couple blocks away, so I was dropped by my taxi and then saw the sign on the door saying go to the other location to check in.
Pros: Fantastic location, steps away from the beach.
Cons: Extremely low water pressure, almost impossible to shower. Drab room, smelled like bleach the entire time I was there. Had two twin beds in my room, not very comfortable. You get what you pay for!
Pros: Lots of little things to make room both green and friendly. Plenty of space and very clean. Comfortable bed. Located on Bay side and sitting right on the water. Nice outdoor sitting area and pool. Able to just cross the street and be on the beach. Facilities were charming and staff checking in/out very pleasant.
Pros: The room was beautiful. The private fishing was awesome.
Cons: Leaving the parking lot was difficult, had to back out into oncoming traffic. . The office was at a different location, had to go there to replenish our toilet paper. One of the fishing docks really needs to be repaired.
Bay Palms Waterfront Resort - Hotel and Marina features a marina and puts you within a 15-minute drive of Salvador Dali Museum. You can get a workout in at the fitness center or take a dip in the outdoor pool. Conveniences like kitchens are in all rooms, along with patios and MP3 docks.
Pros: Walking distance to everything, clean rooms and bug free.
Cons: The food and drinks were a bit pricey and the heated pool was too warm. Bring cash to rent chairs on the beach.
Pros: The room was clean and the big closet was very nice. The pools were really nice. Staff was friendly.
Cons: The 1" step going into the bathroom, we stubbed our toes a couple times. There isn't a complimentary breakfast.
Pros: Beachfront and beach access. 3 great beachfront too bars.
Cons: Rooms were disgusting. Bathroom was awful.
Cons: dirty bed linens
loud Spring Break guys next door
Pros: Love the resort. Great location the food is good - eating local or on property is easy. Love the live music and great sunsets!
Cons: Roach in room and the WiFi was not staying strong while in the room. However, the staff was quick to help. I received a call back and a knock on door to check to see if all was ok. But still had problems.
Cons: Corner room close to loud bar through priceline - no water views
Pros: Near beach.
Cons: Very Noisy. Dirty carpet.
Pros: The room and staff were wonderful. Gary the entertainer at Jimmy Bs was awesome. The food was wonderful. The grounds were beautiful. Richard at the front desk was more than hospitable. Everything was just perfect
Pros: Perfect place for a getaway. On the beach. Live music at Jimmie B's. Heated pools. Great wait staff.
Pros: Easy access to beach
Cons: Broken lamp
Dead battery in TV remote
Pros: I liked that it seemed like the center of activity on the beach. Jimmy B's was right there on the beach, grab a dri K listen to the ocean or the band. The courtyard was nice to have chairs outside your room to sit and relax.
Cons: Parking was tight and often almost full.
Pros: Very large room with kitchen and large closet
Cons: Bugs, no view, loud beach bar, aggressive parking attendant, mediocre front desk, commercial type toilet, old shower fixtures, overall uncleanliness
The Beachcomber Beach Resort Hotel is located on 5 1/2 acres of beautifully tropical landscaped gardens. From the first glimpse of the beautiful, white sandy beach and the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico to the welcoming smiles of all of our associates, you will feel relaxed and glad to be here. There are two heated swimming pools with chaise loungers, an on-site fitness center, an on-site guest laundry facility, and complimentary coffee served daily in the lobby. The Beachcomber Beach Resort Hotel is located just a short drive from downtown St. Petersburg and about 1/2 hour from downtown Tampa.
Pros: The location was perfect, the staff was very nice with the exception of the early morning checkout guy, and the outside grounds were awesome.
Cons: The room reminded me of and old motel, the resort in the name is misleading. The window style air conditioner was noisy and ran all night. In addition, the bathrooms were leftover from the 1970's, the showerhead hardly worked, the tub had caulking smeared around the tub, and had a dirty feel. The bed was like sleeping on a rock, with a thin cushion on top.
Pros: It was fine but outdated
Pros: Staff was friendly, great location, clean rooms, great value
Pros: Loved the location and beachfront access. Close to a lot of great restaurants and bars. The staff was awesome and very friendly. We forgot a shirt and bottle of cologne at checkout. They called about an hour later to tell us that we left some things behind. That was very unexpected and very much welcomed. Great family hotel with lots to do with the kids.
Cons: There was sand all over the room like the floors hadn't been vacuumed from the previous visitors. It was definitely irritating that house keeping left an envelope for tips. We couldn't take our shoes off. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Bathrooms were dated. Parking was very tight also. If you were driving after dinner time, good luck parking.
Pros: The hotel was great for the price! Friendly staff, clean, close to beach and restaurants, plenty of parking, 2 pools, 1 hot tub, elevators, tennis courts, shuffle board, etc. Hotel provided a crib for our 8 month old but we ended up bringing our own pack and play. Able to rent out cabanas on beach daily for $25, which provided a nice shaded area for the baby.
Cons: The hotel was clean but it was kind of dated. Smoking was allowed by the pool areas. The bar on the beach closed super early on the weekend.
Pros: There were a variety of activities; shuffle board, ping pong, bags, basketball and tennis.
Cons: The rooms do not even remotely resemble the pictures, they are beyond dated to the point of grungy. There is a small stove with a frying pan and a pot but nothing to bake with. The rooms smell bad and there is really no control over the temperature of your room.
Pros: several pools. toys/floaties provided. very kids friendly. beautiful beach to walk lots of shells to find. lots of room in the suites, great value for your money.
Pros: The resort is great, right on the beach. The staff is nice, overall a great stay at Alden.
Pros: Can't beat the location for beach time. The staff is friendly. The grounds are well tended.
Cons: The facilities are definitely dated; the property could use some sprucing up.
Pros: The location is great! Walking distance is most anything! Price I think was appropiate and it was nice! Would go there again!!
Cons: Rooms could be bigger, but other than that I can't think of anything!!
Pros: The staff at Alden Suites made you feel like you were staying in a 5-star hotel. They were so kind, helpful and very accommodating.
Cons: I did not like that there was not a work-out facility on the premise.
Pros: The kitchenette, complimentary coffee and daily newspaper were appreciated.
Cons: Not as dog friendly as advertised.

The Alden Suites is surrounded by shops restaurants and sporting and cultural activity COMPLIMENTARY PARKING NO ADDITIONAL RESORT FEES
Pros: The location is perfect. The staff was very friendly and courteous.
Cons: The original condo we were put in was so cute and comfortable, but then the air conditioning unit went out and then we were moved to another unit that wasn't remodeled at all and these were built in the 40s and changed to condos in the 70s, but the staff allowed us to move into another unit that was nicer.
Gulf Winds Beach Resort is a great choice for a stay in St. Pete Beach. Guests can take a dip in the outdoor pool, and freebies like WiFi and self parking are added perks. Rooms feature bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves.
Pros: I loved everything!!! You walk out of the hotel and you're on the beach! The beach bar (Flipper's) had some great drinks, and featured live music too! The kitchen also had an amazing menu (we ordered coconut shrimp, chicken quesadillas, and fish tacos-all delicious)!!!
The rooms are spacious, with a small fridge, microwave, and cabinet storage. Some rooms have a balcony so you can step out and smell the gulf breeze! And the beds are super comfortable, for a good night's rest!
And then there's the staff... Always willing to give suggestions, of things to do, provide maps or call car services to get you there... And generally showing that they are interested and cared!
Want to save a little money, there's a full grocery store across the street, liquor store too (and another a half mile down the street)! We didn't even need a car rental, having taken a $30 Uber from the Tampa airport!
Want to splurge a little? There's lots of great bars and drink specials up and down the beach... Everything a short beach (or sidewalk) walk away! Level 11 is a great stop to watch the sunset, with delicious appetizers, good service and a view that no one else on the beach offers!
This stay was priced so economically, that we were hesitant upon arrival, but on departure, determined that we'd definitely be back! This is a highly recommend place to stay!!! You can enjoy a lot of the benefits of other hotels in the area bars, restaurants, music, etc., But staying here saves a good deal of money making it a most- economical choice!!!
Cons: The only downfall, and it's a very minor one, was the water pressure in the room could have been a bit stronger! That's it!
Pros: Friendly staff, clean, great view on the beach, amazing sunsets, good food and beach bar. Convenient to other beachfront restaurants/bars also. We always look forward to coming here!
Cons: The barstools at Flippers are pretty wobbly and uncomfortable and we'd be more prone to hang out longer if there were live music more often...but the view is unbeatable and Amanda makes great Miami Vices and Bloody Marys!
Pros: The staff were amazing. That's the only positive.
Cons: Overall, the amount of money I spent for a 2 night stay had me feeling ripped off. The place is tired & dated. Not worth it.
Pros: Beach location and quality are super!!!!
Pros: We loved our stay! Wish we could have stayed longer! Would definitely recommend.
Cons: Tub didn't drain well. But everything else was excellent!!
Pros: Being right on the beach was awesome! I had three grandchildren all under the age of 11 and I didn't want to have to cross the street to get to the beach. The room was comfortable and the kids loved it.
Cons: They closed the pool at 10 in the morning and the kids had to get out which disappointed them greatly. They were cleaning the pool which I thought was an odd time to do that.
Pros: It seemed like a lovely place; nice room, nice pool, beautiful beach view.
Cons: We were near a roomful of partying college or high school kids; we ended up flushing the $200 we paid for our room and moving to another hotel so we could sleep.
Pros: Rooms were clean, hotel lobby, bar, and pool area always clean. Hotel staff were always friendly, courteous and helpful.
Cons: Ice machine on our floor was broken for the length of our stay
Cons: Not quite enough parking.
Pros: Awesome location and everything you need if you are looking for affordable accommodation
Cons: The wifi didn't really work so well.
Cons: The staff was rude and not accommodating, I had booked two night but had 2 reservations (1 night stay per reservation) instead of combining the two reservations I had to check out and then check back in. The shower was awful, almost no water pressure and the valves didn't close all the way so a steady stream would leak throughout the day. Half of the power outlets worked, which is frustrating when you are trying to get ready in the bathroom and can't blow dry your hair. The only nice thing about this place was the beach access, but it's right next to the public beach access and I'd rather stay elsewhere and walk to the public beach than stay here again.
Pros: The view was absolutely amazing! You really are ON the beach and the pool/restaurant/bar/live music/ rooms were all 10 out of 10's! Not to mention the water sports kiosk right out back where water activities are is your fingertips!
We will continue to come back to this resort time and time again... it's hard to beat how beatuiful, relaxing and amazing one place can be.
Not to mention on-shore you're conveniently located near even more restaurants, grocery stores and attractions. Best Spot in Florida I've ever stayed.
Cons: The only negative is that our check in was scheduled for 11:00am - and when we arrived to check in they told us they wouldn't be checking anyone in until 1:00pm..
Although it was a bit disappointing, the staff was gracious enough to let us park, help us put our bags in the back - and encouraged us to hit the beach/pool/ and bar right outside until we could check into our room! What's not to love about that?!?
At Dolphin Beach Resort, you can hit the beach to retreat to a cabana or enjoy the shade from a beach umbrella, plus you'll have access to onsite parasailing. The outdoor pool provides fun for everyone, while guests in the mood for pampering can indulge in spa services. The restaurant is a great spot for a bite to eat and cold drinks are served at the bar/lounge. Nice touches like MP3 docks and premium bedding are offered up in all rooms, along with refrigerators and microwaves.
Pros: View and location to beach, several pools / beach bars / restaurants on site
Cons: A little busier than expected with families this time of year, but no big deal
Pros: Beach location. Music at two different Bar/Restaurants. Breakfast at the Rum Runners Bar Area was good and right where the beach begins with a nice view of the gulf. Housekeeping did a good job making sure we didn't run out of amenities, coffee or towels.
Cons: A little outdated but very clean. Ran out of toilet paper once since there wasn't an extra replaced under the sink that we used but there were tissues (housekeeping didn't notice right away.) There was a dehumidifier in the room that we had to empty ourselves 3 times since it would stop working once it was full. We thought housekeeping would take care of it but when they didn't, we did it ourselves rather than calling for someone to come each time.
We had an evening flight and asked for an extended checkout. We were told that our room type was completely booked. They told us we could only have till noon when we wanted till 2 or 3 pm.
We were there for 8 days and since check in wasn't until 4 pm we didn't think it was too much to ask. Then we found out we could pay extra to stay a few hours more which we did. Just felt that we were there for a long enough stay that it should have been a courtesy.
Forgot to mention the night we came back to the room during a tropical storm we couldn't get into our room because the latch somehow latched when housekeeping closed the door leaving us in pouring rain and 50 mile an hour winds trying to get in at 8:30 at night. . We had to wait in a stairwell since the doors are open to the outside to try to call the front desk since the weather was too bad and it was too far for us to walk to the front desk. The phone number on the room key is for reservations. It took 3 calls and 1/2 hour to connect to an operator for the hotel. Lucky for us security came by in the stairwell at that point and went to get a special tool to open our room. I recommend keeping the front desk direct phone number on your phone for emergencies.
Pros: The beach
Cons: The fact I got in my room an hour after they said I could. I had to call to get my room cleaned after 4 days of no room service
Pros: my room was very nice
Pros: Sirata has everything you need in one resort. It has a close proximity to the beach more than one pool in more than one jacuzzi. it has a clean room nice gym to work out in including free weights in the SIRATA also has A good laundry room. I recommend this ace to friends and I plan on returning in the future.
Pros: Clean rooms, friendly staff, good location on St. Pete Beach
Cons: Poor service at breakfast restaurant with squirrels under outer table. Worn out facilities.
Pros: The resort was very nice and was "on the beach"! Staff was very informative and helpful. Bernard helped us to our room and was very pleasant and gave us the information about the pools and the several restaurants on sight.
Cons: The beds were not very comfortable. There were alot of children and if you are looking for an adult resort; this is not your place. Parking was sometimes difficult to find.
Pros: Very friendly staff, great location on the beach, good food and food reasonably priced, full-sized fridge
Cons: Bedroom faces outdoor corridor so it is loud (doors closing, guests walking by), room was somewhat outdated
Pros: Love all staff, very nice
Pros: love the location and the pools are great. Harry's is delish.
Cons: Some of the wait staff were not that great. The male waiter at Harry's took forever and would rarely check on you.
