My business room was large and spacious. There was a hot and cold water dispenser and a kettle. The location was a 5 minute walk from my contact point.
The hotel staff do not speak enough english to do their job.( I had no time to learn mandarin prior to my trip). They could not tell me where a street location was, 5 mins walk away from the hotel, even given a map in chinese. They awoke me on day 2 to demand I pay more for my room despite it being pre-booked for 7 days. The reception staff had no idea who Booking.com are.The staff were most unhelpful and unfriendly. This hotel does not cater to individual lady business travellers at all well. They do not mark all items in the room with prices, so it is presumed that the tea, for example is free. They then charge an extortionate price for it on check out. If you want to enjoy the fab city of Beijing, or a stressfree stay, look elsewhere.
location is strategic very near to subway
bed is hard
Breakfast and noise from street
The room size was good, nice bathrooms.
The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Room did not feel that clean and often tea cups were not washed and were left in the room dirty.
close to Dongzhimen subway station from where you can take the subway to all parts of the city, but it is also the start point of the Airport Express line which brings you in 20 minutes from the city to terminal 3 or 2 of the airport. Besides, the rooms are really spacious.
bed was somewhat hard.
terrible service! payment required in advance! none of the staff does not speak in English "what 4 stars? Chinese is Chinese!
hotel is very good - much better rooms than you would think from the ourside -close to the centre of town 15 rmb (3$) by taxi. Beakfast very good.
squeekiest bed in the world; breakfast ends at 9:30.
- Location; although everything looks a bit far away in this huge city - Very nice & spacy rooms - Good internet connection in the room
- Staff spoke poor english but really tried - A bit noisy sleeping at the front; they were busy repairing the street at night
Large rooms, friendly staff, very clean
Very little English spoken (like everywhere else), very hard beds (like everywhere else)
The people at registration disk dosn't trust custmers and they have poor communication with them
