Everything is new and clean. Bed and room were comfortable. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was great, close to the train station. The apartment was super comfortable. The bathroom was amazing, large and warm. The heating was also great. It has everything you need. Great location, clean, modern. Full amenities. Service is great as well. Modern internal design, useful kitchen equipments, clean, central location, markets and shopping centers nearby, public transport options nearby.

The room was a bit dusty with cobwebs on top of the doorframes and such. The bed was well worn and uncomfortable with a decided slant. The room design in the standard room is not good for couples and seems to value aesthetic design over actual functionality. Unnecessary demand for private information and insecure wifi. Bed accessible from one side only which is not good for people in their 70s. No lounge and two kitchen chairs were uncomfortable. No cleaning for three days. The rooms are ok, just a little bit 'cold' in terms of pictures, maybe a little rug here and there but nothing major. Zoo S-Bahn has the worst problem with homeless people. The room temperature was really cold when we arrived. My son bumped his head during sleep on the edge of the furniture, near the wall. The AC was not working well since I arrived and it was making a loud noise. The only slight drawback is its proximity to a main road used by emergency vehicles with their sirens but this could happen anywhere. Elevator was out over the weekend. Twice during my stay the elevator was not operational, including the morning of my departure. There was no soap or shower gel provided in the bathroom. The frying pan was not flat so hard to use on the hob, also scratched and poor quality. There was only one wine glass. The elevator was out of service for 3 days. No elevator on the weekend. Not working showerhead in 451.
