Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many finding it convenient for public transport and local attractions. Several reviews highlighted the breakfast as a good value and enjoyable. However, there were frequent complaints about poor service, lack of staff presence, and communication issues. Cleanliness was also a concern for some guests, with reports of unclean rooms and lack of maintenance. The absence of reliable WiFi was another common negative point. Overall, while the location and breakfast received positive feedback, service and cleanliness need improvement.
