Cleanliness, efficiency, price
Room too warm
The hotel is well placed for the City. Staff were friendly and the service was excellent. Rooms were well decorated, furnishings were of good quality. Hotel was very clean.
Quality of the evening meal was a bit disappointing
The room was comfortable and well-equipped and the general standard of sevice was very good. Fodd was good and reasonably priced.
The room was comfortable and very clean. It was an outside room so was also spacoius. Car parking was simple and easy to access.
People in next room returning at 2 am and making a lot of noise and laughing. Not a fault of the hotel but still irritating. My 2 cups of tea at breakfast were from the bottom of the pot and were not very hot.
Excellent service. Room lovely. Food was very good. Nothing was to much for the staff, they catered to our needs.
We took our 2 grandsons and it was ideal to have 2 adjacent rooms. The breakfast was varied and well cooked.
Pillows were quite hard and the rooms were very hot.
Friendly staff, good location, good service, easy access to public transport with a direct bus to the city centre outside.
The interior was dated, but to be fair this is a common problem with British hotels, the room was very small and the curtains needed replacing, there was some exposed pipe work in the bathroom that could have been painted.
nothing in particular
the single rooms are very small
Reasonable quality of food.
Slightly run down feel to the hotel. Rooms are small and odd shaped being built within a circular tower. Small menu choice in restaraunt for a hotel of this size. Typical city hotel - expensive for what it is.
My room was 70's retro
