Cons: This was one of the worst Lufthansa crews. You could not pay them to care. Many years of flying LH this is the first time I encounter such poor service.

Pros: It was my birthday and the flight attendant gave me a rose, gummibears and champagne and congratulate me and I was very happy to receive that gesture

Cons: The flight took off late, arrived late and we missed our connection to Salt Lake City. We had to change terminals and they were on the opposite side of the airport. Had to spend the night and have not yet started with Aer Lingus to get some satisfaction.

Cons: My seat was pretty uncomfortable, not sure why but my tailbone was killing me halfway through the flight. That rarely happens to me.

Cons: The crew, the food, the tv capability, the amenities. Overall it was the worst international flight I have ever been on. They confiscated my unopened beer I purchased after security point. They had me assigned to a wrong seat, so I had to fight my way 20 rows up as people are filing into their seats. The hot towel to clean your hands was dry and cold. The roll was hard as a rock and cold. The crew was rude and unapproachable. It took almost 3 hours to get them to reset my tv and when she finally did it glitched the whole time I tried watching it. The croissant was literally cooked to the paper and had to rip apart Croissant to get the paper off. They didn't serve the cocktail as promised. It was a pretty poor performance on all levels, and if this survey truly means anything, I hope this gets remedied.

Pros: Good seats. Crew was not very hospitable. They went by with water and didn’t give us any. We upgraded for the complementary cocktails and my husband didn’t even get a chance to get one.

Cons: More attention especially for the upgraded seats that offer complementary things. We got better service in our economy seats on the way to LA. I wouldn’t pay extra to upgrade again.

Pros: The onboarding process was awesome! The rest was mediocre at best. The cabin was friendly but not helpful. They had weird policies which we have never heard or seen elswhere. The flight had huge screens that won't turn off, it was freezing cold and the crew had no idea how to help.

Cons: More knowledgeable crew and maybe more crew members, as there were too few and the service took more than 2 hours to complete. Never seen that happen on a 7 hour flight.

Cons: The seats are tight and uncomfortable. Emirates and Singapore airlines have much more space in economy class. They also have better food. The worst new development is that you have to pay an additional charge if you want to sit together. That is pretty ridiculous for an international flight AND when you have a small child with you. I can see doing that on Ryan air, but that is pretty low for a Scandinavian airline. Scandinavians have a very strong sense of family.

Cons: We were told to go to the wrong gate. After we missed our flight, we were charged 880 USD to book for the identical flight the following day. We were taken around in circles inside the airport. Absolutely unacceptable. Would not recommend.

Pros: The food was very good and inflight entertainment was excellent.

Cons: They keep the cabin temperature too warm the entire flight. The seats are too stiff.

Cons: Turkish was phenomenal. FareScan could have definitely been better. After booking they called demanding another $145 for my seats. They said they couldn’t complete my reservation without it and needed an email confirmation from me to approve the new charge. Seeing I was short on time, I didn’t have a choice. Will never do business with them again.
