Staff was excellent. We arrived in a bad snowstorm which ultimately closed the roads. Friendly desk folks let us extend our checkout time from 11:00 am to 3:30 pm when roads reopened - at no additional charge. Will stay there again.

The hotel needed a deep cleaning. They also dont have doors that open for wheelchairs so it was incredibly difficult to get in and out of the front doors of the hotel.
I just wouldn't call this hotel clean. Management and staff need training about how to maintain a hotel. They seem to accept a standard that's pretty low. Take them to visit other hotels and let them see what clean means in a hotel.

It's definitely an older hotel in need of updating. The wind howled through the windows, the walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbor's conversation, and the toilet seat and towel rack were broken in our room.

The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, but it does have gas stations, fast food, and even a fireworks store within walking distance. I didn't know that there was a pool. I should have paid more attention. The breakfast was nice too.
I think it's weird they charged extra for 3 people in one room that has 2 queen beds.
