The staff were wonderful, very helpful and happy to make recommendations. The hotel was clean, rooms were a decent size and quite modern and the location really couldn't be better.
I have nothing negative to say about the hotel or my stay.
Doesn't look at all like the pictures on the internet. Bed was hard as a rock, shower so small that I had to open the doors to bend over and shave my legs. Steps everywhere, including one small step that many triped down right out to the street! Very noisy location.
the public areas were very stylish and breakfast was nice
My bedroom design was terrible with very bad lighting - very depressing room.
The signle room up to 6 qm, to be honest I have never experienced such small room. Additionally, very dark one !!!!
The staff was great and informative and very helpful
the bed, the breakfast, the selection of tv channels, the understated hospitality of the staff
The location is excellent: two steps from Via Independenza and five minutes walking to Piazza Maggiore. The hotel is beautifully decorated and furnished. Very charming common areas and simple but lovely room. The small patio where you can have breakfast or a coffee latter in the day is especially agreeable. The staff is nice and very helpful: they even give useful suggestions of restaurants nearby. They let us check-in at around noon, when the official time 2 p.m. We just had to wait for 15 minutes for the room to be ready. The breakfast is very good, although the quantities are small. But as the hotel was empty that was not an issue: most of the days we had the beautiful breakfast room all to ourselves.
I found the staff very helpful and informative. The welcome pack included at check-in is a great idea, as was the small guide book we could purchase at the front desk - we had been unable to get a guide book before we left for Bologna. The proximity of the hotel to the centre was great & the bar/restaurant that has recently opened across the street was a fab addition.
Room dark and small andpoor outlook
Nice, quiet room, well equipped for a three star hotel. Very helpful, friendly and efficient staff
The labels to direct towards the rooms are a bit misleading
