The Hotel Employee at the front desk was great. Good location.
Spacious room, friendly staff.
Hotel is dated, but that adds character to me.
They charged for parking and wi fi.
We have always liked staying here. It's a great location and, in the past, well-maintained.
The carpet in the room was dirty. The television was smaller than anything we've seen and was difficult to seefrom the bed.The overnight parking fee wasn't mentioned when we booked and was high for such a small facility.
Staff so nice! Esp the gal that checked me in. So sweet and helpful.
Lobby fake air carriers freshener scent,!
location to the university - nice restraurants near by
under construction -- when booking, we should've been informed
I am a loyal Marriott user. I wasn't told this property was under construction.
Room was super dated and view was of the HVAC. Construction made the experience awful.
Part of the lobby or downstairs area was under construction
Location and service and the room
Should not have been priced this high with all the construction going on and limited amenities and the gym was pretty sparse
the fire alarm was on, at 2:00 AM while we were sleeping
Liked it all - clean, comfortable and above standard.
This hotel is awesome.
Staff changes often. Many of them are new and not fully trained. A couple of mistakes were made, minor ones.
the staff were amazing!
not walking distance to downtown boulder
very limited public parking (2 hour max) and we were cautioned about abusing the time limit as it was said to be patrolled. cost us an additional $12 per day for hotel parking.
Hotel ran out of cribs which really affected our stay. The staff tried to get us one from a local store, but returned with a newborn bassinet that won't work for 16 month old.
Great staff, we were put into a handicapped room and it was really not what we wanted or needed. They moved us immediately without any problem.
it was very clean, many stores and shops were a walk away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to others!!
The room was large, clean and the bed was very comfortable.
The facilities where not what I would expect from a 4.5 stars hotel. The view from all the rooms was of a parking lot. The pool and jacuzzi are the size of a postage stamp and shouldn't be listed as part of the facilities.
Front of house staff excellent, sitting area draughty, wonderful cookies room was lovely,
Priceline We had a room with adjoining doors and the party in the next room were very loud - the doors did not provide soundproofing. Hotel did not take heed of not changing our towels despite their green policy
Common spaces were nice and the staff was pleasant.
Parking garage is $12/night and almost mandatory if you stay during the week. The lot out front is shared with nearby businesses and has a two hour limit. Also, my room was quite dated.
Location was good. Carpet is fresh and bathrooms were updated and in good order.
Foam in the hot tub and a band-aid bandage in the swimming pool. TV was smallish. It was furthest from downtown of the three hotels in the downtown area.
Location was great. Overall clean
Cooling and heating did not work at all. Room was extra hot all night long.
It is clean and the staff friendly
You cannot access or depart your room's floor except via the painfully slow elevators. The hotel charges $12.95/day for parking and the same for very slow Internet access. So $26/day additional charges make the price ridiculously high.
quiet, located close to the school
I wish I'd known Priceline didn't send in my request for 2 queen beds.
I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were nice and clean and the stay was very pleasant.
Lovely hotel in the heart of Boulder. The bed was impecable!!! Slept like a baby. The staff was pleasant as always with Marriot's.
This hotel is very close to the CU campus, restaurants, and shops in town, and has a staff on par with Ritz-Carlton service. Any hotel that give me free Starbucks hot chocolate in the lobby is a fine hotel in my book. The rooms and lobby are well-appointed and well-kept. The only negative is that the construction wasn't such that walls between rooms are soundproof.
My daughter and I stayed there the weekend before Thanksgiving. We loved the location. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. We were allowed to check in VERY early and when I realized there was a mix up and we had a King bed instead of 2 Queens they took care of it right away. The linens were extra comfy with great down comforters on the beds. You can even have a fridge delivered to your room if you need it. Which we did to hold some snacks and bottled water. It was refreshing to have bottled water and apples left out for guests in the lobby. Very nice touch! Our stay included breakfast for two both mornings. Great selection to choose from plus a chef who made custom omelets. It was a great experience all around since this was our very first trip to Boulder.

I have stayed at many hotels, but the service and courteous staff at this hotel is unmatched. Nice rooms, lovely views and attentive staff.
