The location is absolutely perfect for the Xmas market, very nice and very clean room, great location, very convenient location for Old Town, spacious room, pleasant staff, good location and the hotel was very clean and comfortable, great staff and location of hotel, design location, location near all the main sights, fantastic location, modern bathroom and convenient location, great location, nice room, excellent location, very clean and comfortable rooms, very kind staff, right in the centre, super attentive staff, bed was really comfortable, great location near old town and lots of restaurants, really comfortable beds in a clean room, central location and quiet, central location, very spacious room especially the bathroom, the staff is super attentive, all people and specially Simona, location, accessible in the heart of the city, good location and comfortable room, almost everything, Art Hotel William is located in the heart of Bratislava in a nice street with shops and bars, I liked locality, quiet, close to tram, city centre, the location is excellent and near all restaurants and old city, breakfast is good, great location, in the Old town's pedestrian street and yet you don't need to go far to find public transportation, the location is amazing, and the staff is friendly and always ready to assist, the spacious room and location of the hotel, excellent location, large and clean rooms, rooms comfy, very good location, spacious room, clean, comfy bed, great location, quiet at night and lady receptionist very polite and friendly, very central and friendly staff, the room was nice.

No instant coffee sachet to make a coffee in the morning, only tea option, pretty poor breakfast, the noise was terrible in our room, the shower, partially-renovated hotel pretending to be an upscale "art" hotel, old carpets and leftover furniture/signage from previous décor, a place for suitcases and some clothes hangers are inexpensive and necessary, reception staff could assist customers with telephone connection issues in the local language, prices could be more reasonable, you can not open the window, just an small part on the top, some noise coming from the outside at night, breakfast wasn’t too crash hot according to my colleagues, we found a big spider in the shower, we could hear all the neighbours while they were taking a shower and it was a really really loud noise, we found the place quite expensive for the location and facilities, there was no view to the courtyard but to the wall, the food smell is annoying in the bathrooms, the breakfast bufet wasn't worth a money paid, poor offer, the view is not good because it located on roof of the building, very noisy, beside a busy railway bridge, some technoparty deep into the night, the sound of the bass was so loud that I could hear it even with earplugs, I took a cold shower because the temperature tap was stuck, the breakfast is good in quality but the choice is limited, no fruit salad, choice of cheese limited, breakfast space no hot food served expensive for what it was €17.00 not value for money when you step away from hotel can achieve similar for a third the cost, they don’t have hot water in the shower, at least not real hot water, poor maintenance: broken chair in the bathroom, broken faucet, bad acoustic isolation: the noise from the road was unpleasant, no coffee and milk, nothing, the internet was shockingly slow for the entire duration of my stay.
