Pros: Wonderful large 2 bedroom apartment with two complete bathrooms . Laundry, fully equipped kitchen (but not supplied snacks). Nice indoor lap pool and small but adequate gym. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good restaurants and grocery stores nearby but few shops.
Cons: Nothing around except restaurants and grocery stores. 15 minute walk to nearest subway. Cost $40 for airport station wagon taxi to airport.

Pros: We liked the location and the welcoming staff member was lovely.
Cons: Due to the extensive roadworks around the area, our tap water was a cloudy white colour with thin white film on top. It was clearly not drinkable. I only found this out as we were going to bed and were very thirsty. I rang explaining the situation and the lady said that she could only bring one complimentary bottle of water and we would have to pay for additional water. I have no problem paying for water but being forced to because the basic supply was not available seems very unfair. I asked to speak with the manager but was told she was away from the hotel. She said she would ring in the morning. This didn’t work for us as we were leaving the hotel at 4.45 am to catch an early flight. After expressing my dissatisfaction with and reminding her that I was VERY THIRSTY, she rang back saying that we could open one of the bottles of water. The complimentary water never came and there was no apology except from the checkout lady at 4.45 am who was most understanding. I think that the Pullman should be able to empower their staff to make decisions that address basic human needs. Really unhappy with the whole experience and attitude.
Pros: Beautiful rooms and very clean! The bed was just sooooo comfortable I didn't want to get out of it. The staff were just wonderful...so polite and friendly. Amazing customer service!
Cons: Would have been nice if the bar area had screens for sport shows or music videos.
Pros: Staff very friendly and accommodating to a last minute change in the duration of our booking. Very understanding. Great room service.
Pros: It was my birthday they sent balloons and ale and card oh wow how nice
Pros: Everything , could not fault the service and food
Cons: Not enough hooks to hang wet towels
Pros: Staff were excellent
Cons: Annoying clinking in ventilation system all night
Pros: Close to airport, beautiful
Pros: Good room service
Cons: Too expensive for amenities included. Price includes only basic room. No internet, no breakfast, no complimentary airport shuttle. Hotel restaurant is expensive ($40 per person for breakfast). We would not stay here again.
Pros: Comfortable and convenient. Disappointed exec lou nge closed so early!
Cons: Exec lounge closed too early
Pros: The service! The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and professional.
Cons: I didn't like the view of a mobile phone tower which we were eye level with.

Pros: Mini bar selection
Cons: Apart from the road works going on 24/7. My stay was awesome.
Pros: The quiet restful atmosphere. Excellent room service and warm and friendly staff. The room also had everything that we were hoping and provided all that we needed.
Pros: Such a great location for the airport stop over
Pros: Good location and clean room
Pros: Location is handy to airport and train.
Cons: Cafe not open on weekend.
Pros: Great staff and very clean rooms.
Cons: No breakfast or even coffee in lobby and not as close to airport as I wanted.
Pros: This was our second choice of hotel at Mascot and proved to be the right choice. A studio was booked and was larger than expected and it had a small kitchenette which was ideal to prepare a light breakfast. They offered a transfer to the airport for $5.50 pp which was both convenient and hassle free.
Cons: Their restaurant is not open on Sundays.
Pros: The location
Cons: Nothing much
Pros: Have stayed previously and very handy position for airport and eating, drinking etc
Cons: Nothing comes to mind
Located in Mascot, Quest Mascot Serviced Apartments is in the business district, a 4-minute drive from Westfield Eastgardens and 8 minutes from Royal Randwick Racecourse. Featured amenities include a business center, express check-out, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. A train station drop-off service is provided at no charge (available 24 hours), and self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Basic studio that covered our needs. Clean and friendly and helpful staff. Competitive rates for the area. Corn flakes, orange juice and energy bars for free. (We did not use them as we do not like small packages.)
Cons: At the moment there is a big construction site. Sept 2019. The access is challenging. The roads are pathetic. Milk in small packages. Too much rubbish. Better a 0.5 l one. Also small packages for toiletries.
Pros: The location was great, nice and close to the airport (within walking distance) but with the amount of road works, getting to and from the hotel was quite problematic at the moment especially with massive heavy suitcases. I know it’s not their fault, but I’m just being honest.
Cons: The central heating kicked in every night even when we would turn it off, and it would make the room unbearably hot over night. We asked the staff if we can have ours unlocked but apparently they are all connected. When it’s 28 outside, there is absolutely no reason to have the heaters on. In fact guests should be allowed to use their AC when and how they choose.
Pros: The clean facilities, very helpful staff, close proximity to airport yet quiet.
Cons: The nearby roadworks made it tricky to get to by foot from Mascot train station
Cons: No parking provided = street only. Poor lighting and litter everywhere. Not nice at all
Pros: The airport is close
Cons: The lady I checked in with I found somewhat rude , construction all night kept us awake
Pros: Very clean and convenient, staff friendly
Pros: It is a good location to domestic airport. Rooms are quite nice.
Cons: There is extensive roadworks occurring around the hotel and it was noisy all night. We were unable to sleep. While this is not the hotels fault they should not have sold rooms close to construction
Cons: No car park - essential in that part of Sydney. No corro to advise of such; I was told I should have added it to the remarks field. At the price I paid; it’s not Unreasonable To expect a car park - or at Least Be told You have to book one if you need it. Aircon wasn’t working properly; room was too hot and air con didn’t operate. The dryer in the bathroom didn’t work properly either. Checked Out with a bag of damp clothes.
Pros: Ok place close to the airport
Cons: Needs some cleaning and remodeling
Cons: This a great airport stopover apartment. Well appointed and set up. Only downsize is no pool and not much to do in area. Helpful and friendly staff

Pros: Thought the breakfast was included In the price same as my previous visit But not breakfast
Cons: Not explaining about the xtra for Breakfast nothing was said about it when check in reception very helpful
Pros: The close proximity of the terminals
Cons: Surprisingly there was no room service. I was not impressed with the dinner menu at all and what there was rather expensive. I walked the two minutes down the road and ate at the Stamford!
Pros: Room and bed too small
Pros: Friendly helpful staff
Cons: Location area not very close to stores, shopping, amenities
Pros: Close to the airport
Cons: Machine to pay wouldn't accept my credit card
Pros: We were a tad disappointed when we asked for extra pillows and didn’t get them. Luckily my friend was able to make do with the cushions. Not good when we were asked what we needed. Otherwise all good
Cons: Our request not being fulfilled
Cons: On checking out we were told we hadn't paid for the airport shuttle, which we had on checking in and received the shuttle tickets. We produce the booking receipt and was told we still hadn't paid, when on the receipt cleared stated that we had. It took a bit of discussion before the person behind the counter agreed that he had made a mistake.
Pros: Great place to rest before a flight the following day. Close to Sydney airport. Short Uber or taxi ride.
Pros: Very comfortable accommodation before or after your flight. Modern, clean room. Excellent location near the airport. Very nice casual restaurant makes for a relaxed stay. Recommend.
Pros: Great location near airport.
Cons: Didn't like everything but the location
Pros: Dining area great. Staff were helpful.
Cons: Number of spider webs along ceiling. Bathroom much smaller than expected with very little toilet paper. Very hard to get into the car park and hard to find as signage was very difficult to see. Still waiting for receipt to be emailed as they would not give me a copy.
Pros: location was suitable for my needs
Cons: check in was less than acceptable - the guy was slow and really didn't seem to know what he was doing.
The Novotel Sydney Brighton Beach offers premium 4.5 star accommodation, overlooking the beautiful white sandy beaches of Brighton Le Sands and Australia's famous picturesque Botany Bay. The hotel has a spacious and relaxing Sydney beach-side feel, superbly located in the heart of Brighton Le Sands. The resort facilities will not disappoint with an outdoor pool with sun beds, indoor heated pool, tennis court, fully equipped gym and spa, dedicated kids play area and restaurant and bar facilities.
Pros: the staff was outstanding. the spa and pool were great. Lunch buffet was extraordinary. room was very clean, spacious and comfortable with great pillows. There was no waiting at check-in and check-out. the staff members at front desk and throughout the hotel were highly professional and went out of their way to help. location was beautiful with views of the water.
Cons: TV was kind of in the corner, but not a big deal. there was no room safe but they actually came in and installed one, turning a minus into a huge plus.
Pros: Best place to stay in Sydney
Cons: Not one thing!
Pros: The view, separate lounge room, 2 TVs, location near public transport, shops and the beach. Good to have a bath.
Cons: No table to eat meals from, one chair only on the balcony, no blockout curtains or blinds resulting in a lack of privacy in the room, air con not great, room quite stuffy, room a little old and tired and peeling plaster on walls in bathroom. No storage in bathroom, towel rails in odd places and too high for us to reach. Furniture old and dated in lounge room. Breakfast not good value in restaurant, not much variety.
Pros: The beds were comfy. The service was excellent. The rooms were clean.
Cons: It could do with some renovations
Pros: I liked the food . I had 3 lunches and 2 breakfasts. Great GF/DF options at lunch. Would love a DF option other then soy for breakfast. I like Almond milk was available for coffees in the lobby. Juice station was great. I didn't get to the fitness centre or pool but it looked good too. The staff I encountered were all very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy. Conference facilities were good. Common restrooms were clean. Bed was comfortable.
Cons: There was a horrible smell near and in the elevators that gave me a headache and made me feel nauseous (particular B1 and level 5) and was ridiculously strong. The shower in my room was either very hot or cold. And the steak on room service was rare (despite requesting Medium - the rest of the meal was lovely however). Would have loved to have seen some DF/GF sweets available aswell.
Cons: The room I was assigned had old, broken furniture; there were candy wrappers behind the armoire; a cup of candy treats left in there from the previous guests; a dead cockroach in the corner; broken toilet paper holder; beds were overused and way too soft; the entire room was run down ad disgusting.
Pros: Very comfortable/clean and tidy.
Cons: Air conditioner a little noisy
Pros: Front desk were very helpful
Cons: Carpet in hallway was dirty and outdated , car park was a bit confusing I ended up having to pay $45 to get out
Pros: We were in a newly renovated room
Cons: Unfortunately they were renovating the floor above us noise during the day was constant pneumatic drilling, very loud.
Pros: The employees
Cons: This hotel was disgusting. Needs huge renovation. Carpets were gross, needs painting, balconies disgusting,tv remotes outdated.Way overpriced
Pros: Great facilities, delicious seafood, lunch and breaky buffets.
Cons: Had a ceiling leak first night but the staff were really helpful and moved rooms the next morning.

All-you-can-eat breakfast is served daily and dinner option available every day at our sister hotel Mantra (next door). Car parking available from AUD 35 per day.
Pros: I didn’t have breakfast
Cons: Everything was great
Pros: So close to the airport. Clean and comfortable and had a shuttle service.
Pros: Good location-could walk from terminal. Quick checkin and out.
Cons: Floor was uneven, bathroom tiny, mini bar needed to be unplugged as it made a lot of noise
Pros: Easy check in/out process, and pancakes for breakfast is always a winner.
Cons: Shuttle service seemed pricey, and it wasn't easy to find how to get there. After a long flight we finally opted to get a taxi to the hotel (ironically the same price as the shuttle). Could have been avoided with a bit of preparation. When we got there the key cards weren't working and so we couldn't turn the lights on in our room. Quickly resolved though.
Pros: For $100 it was manageable
Cons: Noise of the room. Aircon or something all night loud hum needed to be up at 3am
Pros: Trouble free checkin and out.
Pros: Nice and close to the airport price was good
Cons: The air conditioner was loud as was the small fridge kept me up
Pros: Close to airport
Cons: Size of room
Pros: This relatively inexpensive hotel met and exceeded my expectations. We had the ability to make the room very hot using the in-room thermostat, which was great, since it is now winter in Sydney. The bed was super comfortable. Bathroom was fine.
Pros: Nothing but the staff when we checked in where nice!!
Cons: Went down for breakfast in the morning the guy failed to tell us it stopped at 9am!! Then a member of staff when I was getting a drink for myself my son n my partner says rudely that no sorry you can't eat anything now breakfast is finished but mind you there where people still sitting in there eating!! A breakfast we payed for and was not able to have checkout is 10am why not have breakfast till then!! We then had to go spend more money on buying breakfast for my son and ourselves!!
Cons: They don’t ans the calls to check where to get the shuttle from .make sure you leave your number in the voicemail ,they will get back you ..
Cons: High price for a hotel barely better than a backpacker hostel. Shuttle didn't run early enough for our 6am flight, and had to wait a while for a cab.

Pros: Handy to the airport
Cons: Tiny room, very noisy throughout the night. Lots of shouting and slamming of doors.
Cons: Poor service!
Cons: small dirty room. filthy bed and pillow. it's cheap, but if u consider their service and room cleanness, it's highly overpriced. The staffs was mean and wans't friendly neither.
Pros: Close proximity to airport and availability of shuttle service [at additional cost, of course].
Cons: Room was very small. No wardrobe provided. Bathroom was poky. No assistance provided to guests with luggage, including those who had to climb stairs. No elevator in building. Fire door to busy street had been left open so that any person passing by had access to the building. Staff were friendly to us. However, a young girl was being turned away due to credit card problems and cash shortage. She was a visitor to Sydney, had nowhere else to go, and received no sympathy from staff.
Cons: Parking is an issue
Pros: Staff were friendly, location close to train station
Cons: The smell from drain in bathroom was terrible, the drinking glass was stuck to a dirty saucer. Pillows were terribly flat, needed to put two together . Hair dryer holder broken , came off wall with the hair dryer still attached.
Pros: The staff were very helpful
Cons: The outside traffic all night. Very noisy
Pros: Really close to Airport, great staff.
Cons: There was no minibar in the room
Pros: Clean , friendly staff close to Airport
Pros: Was very clean, beds were comfortable, good shower. The guy at reception was very helpful and friendly.
Pros: Very handy to the airport and the shuttle bus was arrange for pickup. Person on reception very helpful. Eateries nearby and, best of all, a combined cycle/walking path nearby.
Cons: Probably no thaving a window, but since we were only there overnight and were able to have a walk before a meal and bed, all was fine.
Cons: I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone and definitely never stay there again . I left a shoe in the hotel and after charging me $35 for postage the shoe never showed up .i rang and left messages many times to try and get a tracking number or to speak to manager who I was told posted my shoe. I was met by rude and unhelpful staff josh in particular and I doubt my shoe was even posted after deducting $35 from my account for a postage I am told shouldn’t of been more than 12 dollars . Disgraceful reception staff from josh .who was rude when I asked fir tracking number or proof that my show had even been posted and management who obviously don’t care about replete business. Alberto from reception was polite st all times and said he would pass my message on.but I never did get a return call or did I get to speak to the person responsible for deducting the money from my account fir postage of an item that I doubt was even sent .
