3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The location was pretty good. I felt secure at night.
Cons: Staff was rude. No towels in pool area. Not enough towels in room for the amount of people. The room wasnt entirely cleaned when we arrived. It was over priced for what we got. There wasnt an elevator and she wouldnt switch the room to the first floor when i asked for my mother in law who had bad knee problems. The breakfast was lacking in hot food and basic stuff like cream cheese for bagels and fresh fruit. It was really noisy in the hallway at all hours of night.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Hotel was close to the church event we were attending. Breakfast was good. Staff relocated one of the rooms to a clean room, but did not offer to have the original room cleaned, in order to keep our group together, on the same floor.
Cons: 1 of the 3 rooms booked was not cleaned upon arrival (11PM). The other 2 rooms still have articles of trash in them. Staff was nowhere to be found on multiple occasions. Breakfast supplies ran out on multiple occasions. Hotel (in general) smelled sta
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location was convenient
Cons: Double charged Breakfast mediocre Employee impolite when we first arrived
4.0 Okay
Pros: Access to the interstate was easy
Cons: Hotel was under renovation and there was nothing mentioned of that.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Although it was a queen size bed it was very comfortable and so were the pillows!!
Cons: They are not ADA compliant with not having elevator for 2nd flr and no handicap door opener. Plus I'd reserved a king room which upon arrival was upstairs so she moved us downstairs to a room which had just been renovated but fully cleaned and the towels and shower curtain was tossed on a bench and the ice bucket was in the trash can, there was a black hair on the back side of the tub, the mirror was filthy, blue painter's tape was still around shower stall and the roll of it left on the vanity. I called and complained at 1am when I arrived and was really able to look at the room. I was offered a different room however I had just moments before been told by same person that all rooms were reserved!! He told me to say something to the morning staff. I took pictures and showed the manager the next morning. He apologized saying the cleaners hadnt gotten to it yet. I said THEN WHY DID THAT LADY PUT US IN THERE IF IT WASNT READY?! Manager said he'd have it cleaned really well while I was gone...my husband had been admitted to the hospital the morning we were to check in. Upon arrival back to the hotel I found another smaller black hair in the sink right under the faucet and although there were towels and supplies laid out over the tub there was that same longer black hair still in same place!!! Pictures taken again and reported to Manager which he said he'd have them clean again and give me 25% off for the 1st night stay. Plus the refrigerator wasnt cold enough to keep KFC leftovers!! I chose this hotel because they offered an indoor pool!! I called the week before to make sure it was available to use and told YES and that they keep the water at 82° at all times. However upon arrival the pool was down for chemical issues until 3rd day of our stay. The room we were switched to downstairs was a QUEEN room so I was downgraded from a KING room which a KING room usually goes for a bit higher price but ours wasn't adjusted!!! I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!
5.0 Okay
Pros: The location. The price.
Cons: To noisy people running in the hallway, people in the room above noisy and no working hot tub.

Cons: Hotel staff were unfriendly. Bathroom door was damaged (wood missing). No elevator, and no ice machine on second floor.
6.0 Good
Pros: Room was very nice, spacious and comfortable. lots of outlets & USB ports.
Cons: There are no restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was mediocre at best. They didn't have tea. Selections were limited and we had to ask for more yoghurt and bagels. There were no eggs and the fruit was not fresh. Conditional recommendatio

Pros: The tv The bed was comfortable Restaurants close by

5.4 Okay
Pros: Staff was friendly, and the location was ok. Enjoyed the quietness and the resteraunts and gas station next door.
Cons: The carpet in the room was nasty. Walking across it made feet BLACK! The toilet leaked from the back. Also stopped up on us. We requested a non smoking room and were told there was none available even tho that is what we ordered. The room reaked of ciggs. There were cigg burns all over the room and the comforter on the bed. The sheets would not stay on the corners of the bed, and they only gave 3 pillows. The price honestly should have been cheaper for what it was.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Availability and location for what we had plans for in the area.
Cons: Had 3 rooms 1 room heat didn't work, 2 other room heat didn't work very well, and smelled. Other room lamp didn't work soft spots on the floor door didn't want to open, like the floor had swelled for 2 rooms. Really think motel needs to be rejuvenated.

1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing. The building was under construction
Cons: The website didn't mention there was construction we had to park on the wrong side of hotel walk all the way thru the bar take 2 elevators jus to get to our room! And as a smoker we had to make that trip a lot especially since we were there for our moms funeral!! The construction woke us up at 730 am and we where physically and emotionally exhausted!! The beds where hard and there was no soft warm covers just some sheets and a very thin cover! There was no trash bags in the garbage cans and that didn't feel sanitary since I had to put my feminine product into it! Room service was terribly over prices I mean 18$ for mac and cheese!! I wont stay there again.

4.0 Okay
Pros: The Main areas of the hotel were nice. The best thing about it was its location.
Cons: Had to move rooms 3 times, because they did not the 2 queens I paid for. One let down after another with the room situation. First room was much nicer in the West Tower. The next two were in the East and definitely not as nice. Also nothing about fee park

Cons: Bathroom shower head falling out of wall. Chose floor with club amenities and was not in room I selected.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The ambience and staff customer service.

5.8 Okay
Pros: Convenient to downtown attractions. Staff was very friendly.
Cons: Over priced for size of rooms that had no fridge or microwave included.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the history of the hotel! The water pressure was great and the king bed was really comfortable!!
Cons: My only complaint is that I found a 2” long cockroach on the floor by the window and the room could have been vacuumed better.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: For a Hilton property, this is pretty bad. The hotel is in desperate need for upgrading. The rooms are small and not in good condition. I had rust and cracked tiles in the bathroom, a drippy faucet (called to have someone fix it and no one showed up) and generally the room felt dirty and outdated. Understand it’s a historical property but that can’t be an excuse for not keeping it up to Hilton’s standard. I was happy I only booked one night there and spent the rest of my week at the Omni, a much better and preferable experience. The bar also had slow / disappointing service but I think that is the standard in Louisville. Stayed at the Seelbach because of the history but seems Hilton is not preserving it correctly.
9.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and has a fun history. I highly recommend watching the history of the hotel that is on the hotel channel.
Cons: Our room was located where everyone gets on and off the elevator and by the room where the ice and soda is so it got loud when people were in these areas.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable. I like how you can choose your own room on the app!
Cons: Not sure if this is something you could do better, but I could hear dogs barking from our room. Thankfully did not hear it all night long!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: All the food and relaxing time we had.

Pros: The location, exactly NEXT TO 4th Street Live is perfect for a winter outing. The bartender that we had several times in SWAY was just lovely. She was working very hard yet still remained friendly and took the time to suggest appetizers and/or cocktails
Cons: Our room was very, very small, including the very small bathroom with no bathtub, which would have been fine if we would have been given the option of no bathtub. We were also located next to the stairwell, which never happens to us with Marr...

Cons: Interior rooms need either a spruce up(tending to many fixes in the furniture) or new furnishings all together. Furnishings in the common places & restaurants were beautiful! Cons: Having a scooter rental at all entrances would be an excellent service for your elderly & handicapped customers. I'm sure it would generate well over the cost to implement. Really wanted to hit the tables, just couldn't walk far enough to get a scoot
6.0 Good
Pros: This was a comp for us. We only booked for one night. Because of the Corona Virus the Casino was shutting down in the morning and Hotel guests were checked out by 11am. We appreciated the later check out. Quick check in. Food options at the food court were good. Amazing fried chicken. Yum. Casino staff very friendly but you could see they were short staffed and overworked.
Cons: Dust your rooms. Ours were tidy but dust everywhere as if no one had dusted for over a week. The furniture and even the wall plugs by the bed were layered in dust. The entire hotel is dated and needs updating. The doors to the rooms are dark brown and paint chips etc. Does not feel like a luxury Casino/Hotel. When we checked out our cars were waiting for us as the Valet knew guests had to leave by 11am. There were 5 Valet standing around . They haded us our keys and left us to manage exiting the hotel doors with very heavy luggage and bags and to load our vehicle by ourselves as well. Not impressed. We are seniors. In respect to the Casino, I think that the staff should have been sanitizing the machines where the buttons are and screens. People are touching them constentaly. I sat down at several machines that were covered with finger prints and ashes from smoking. When a machine is empty they should be cleaning them. I had wipes with me and did that for every machine I played. I even had other patrons ask me if they could have some to wipe their machines. I think this is a good practice and should be implemented in light of the virus situation

4.0 Okay
Pros: Managers reception was great. Wait staff was great. Breakfast and staff were also great.
Cons: House keeping did not service our room. We had the do not disturb on and got breakfast. Came back and left. We didn’t arrive back until almost 9pm and the front staff was not helpful and we never received towels for the morning. Valet was poor. They obviously didn’t plan for the volume of people staying there. The valet left our friends car parked on the street with the hazards on all night and killed the battery. Took almost an hour to correct it and give the car back. They bed was very uncomfortable.

Mrs. Charnay (I think that was her name) was especially kind and attentive. Thank you for providing a safe place for everyone to unwind after a full day at the convention center.
