Spruceholme Inn is a great choice for a stay in Fort Coulonge. Guests can enjoy local cuisine at Bryson's Bistro, which serves lunch and dinner, and the spa tub makes for a relaxing end to the day. Other features include a sauna, a terrace, and a garden.
Pros: We arrived at the end of a long bike tour day and were pleasantly surprised. The motel appears to have been recently renovated. The room was clean, and nicely appointed with current furniture and decor. The manager was friendly and helpful.
Cons: The shower tap takes a bit to get used to. Also, the hot and cold water lines touch somewhere as the cold water will run hot for a minute before going cold. Turn off the cold water and it doesn't take long for it to heat up again. Not a big deal.
A great stay at Pine Lodge in Bristol can include a round of golf at the 9-hole course. Guests looking for a bite to eat can check out the restaurant, and the bar/lounge is the perfect spot to grab a drink at the end of the day.
Pros: Nothing at all, room were not clean. Carpet was dirty to the point that I fear taking off my sucks.
Cons: Didn't matched the âï¸ allocated
Pros: Great location right off the Hwy. Close to stores and restaurants. Served a great breakfast.
Cons: I was put in a connecting room and could hear their conversation during the night and very very early morning coughing which was very annoying. I was hoping to sleep in a bit on Mother's Day but I was awake at 5:45 am listening to them.
Pros: The selected room was ideal for me. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They callled up to my room shortly after arriving asking if everything was good. Coming from a big city you don't normally get that kind of attention. So good job!
Cons: It seemed a little dated especially hallways. Could use some paint and sprucing up.
Pros: the location
Cons: Wall plugs were behind furniture.Hotel is a bit dated.Had to change rooms because walls are to thin.
Pros: Location was good for accessing shopping and restaurants. Beds were comfortable.
Cons: Rather noisy at night from some machine running on and off. While beds and linens were clean, the vacuuming left much to be desired. We had to kill a larva of some kind in the washroom. Promised early check in did not happen.
Pros: We only stayed for two nights and that is to eat breakfast and sleep. But there is one staff member we truly enjoyed, she served us our breakfast for both mornings.
Pros: The facility itself is conveniently located to shopping and the highway for travelers. WiFi and Parking were free. The rooms are clean and had coffee makers. The facility has meeting spaces and large areas for catered events.
Cons: The restaurant had a minimal dinner menu. Although the breakfast menu was good, the restaurant was understaffed and service was very slow.
Over priced for the small rooms and no amenities to speak of. Disgusting way of taking advantage of their monopoly! Best Western should be ashamed of this memeber of their organization!
Pros: It is located where I needed to stay, but it is the only hotel around
Cons: There was no free continental breakfast as advertised! No discount was offered because of this. The restaurant had an 'Interim Menu' which meant almost nothing anyone would want! No vegetables offered with any meal item just chicken fingers and fries!!!
