The hotel is well located close to restaurants and a mall (walking distance), room is clean and staff are friendly but don't speak english, you must speak Spanish the only thing that bothered me was the shower door, they have a system to lock the shower door that wasn't very good and working properly and the guest could lock from inside and get stuck inside the shower without being able to unlocked and I changed room because of that. Also lot of water flows to the bathroom floor when showering, just need to use a large towel to avoid having water all over. A couple of nights people on the other rooms were very loud and noisy partying late night after 10 Pm until 2 am, I am glad I always travel with my ear plugs, noise from the street is very loud as well, rooms should have double windows to avoid noise from outside. Because of that I think the room price should be lower.
First room I was staying the shower glass door didn't lock well and I almost got stuck (locked) inside the shower and the only way to get it would be breaking the shower glass door. I moved to a second room at a higher to avoid the noise from outside that is loud from the bars and disco that has close to the hotel there still noise, the rooms has double window but those windows doesn't do anything, the sound from outside also come from the bathroom that has a little window that it is always opened. Internet Wi-Fi was very slow and was always getting disconnected all the time. The water pressure on the second room was very bad. There was some ants on the room also. They offer free breakfast I tried the first day and didn't liked their coffee (aren't strong) , hot chocolate (aren't strong), bread, ham, cheese. I decided getting breakfast on other places instead at the hotel. En la primera habitación me quedé con la puerta de vidrio de la ducha que no cerraba bien y casi me quedo atascado dentro de la ducha y la única forma de acceder a la puerta de vidrio de la ducha. Me mudé a una segunda habitación en una más alta para evitar el ruido del exterior que es fuerte por las rejas y el disco que tiene cerca del hotel todavía hay ruido, las habitaciones tienen doble ventana pero esas ventanas no hacen nada. El sonido del exterior también proviene del baño que tiene una pequeña ventana que siempre está abierta. Internet Wi-Fi era muy lento y siempre se desconectaba todo el tiempo. La presión del agua en la segunda habitación era muy mala. También había algunas hormigas en la habitación. Ofrecen desayuno gratis que probé el primer día y no me gustó su café (no es fuerte), chocolate caliente (no es fuerte), pan, jamón, queso. Decidí desayunar en otros lugares fuera del hotel.
