room not made on one day of 3 days, request of getting a quiet private room not regarded, we were put next to reception, one wall in between, whole day and night we could hear everything and they could hear us. Ants all over the breakfast buffet after one hour, tables not cleaned so if you are late, no more plates available (at the places with olds plates obviously ants present). In total: ugly at breakfast, not helpful. Good for sleeping but not to be amazed.

They have good breakfast and comfortable bed
I made reservations for 5 rooms, we had a family group coming for a wedding. All the rooms were charged in full on my credit card before my arrival, not only the first night but ALL nights, creating me a problem to receive the money from everyone else. This was the first time utilizing the bookings platform that this happen . They did not cancel the charge to run the other rooms credit cards to the correct guests, and this was very annoying to me.

Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.
I was traveling with my boyfriend and we asked for a double bed, but what we got there were 2 single beds put together. So there was a gap between us during the night, which was very uncomfortable. It was raining a lot in Buzios during our stay and there was a leak right outside our bedroom door, so we'd get all wet while trying to open the door. The water coming from the leak would also get into our room and wet the floor. Their jacuzzi is good but they don't tell you here that you have to book it in advance, and it's usually all booked up. Also you may only use it for 1 hour per day.
