The hotel is well located and the overall quality of the infrastructure is very good. The breakfast buffet is quite nice with assorted options of both healthy food and also some pastries. The beach service is good with nicely located booth in Geribá beach with complimentary umbrellas and chairs for guests. There is also the option of purchasing beer and soft drinks and charge them to the room, another nice amenity. The massage therapist does a great job and I would definitely recommend the service. The restaurant has few options and unfortunately the food we tried in the only dinner we had there was not good at all. The room (loft) is really good and spacious but the space could definitely be better managed. Outdoor Jacuzzi (a great idea!) is really small - impossible for 2 people - and bathroom/shower space could be larger for the room size. Second floor has virtually no use. The "romantic package" could be better managed by the hotel staff overall, basically by not throwing service like it was standard and adding value to it. The overall experience was great but I really expected a lot more - specially from a service perspective - from a Boutique Hotel that pricy. ... more |
