Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's spacious rooms, excellent location near the beach and local attractions, and the quality and enjoyment of the pools, especially for families. Many reviews highlight the convenience of nearby amenities and the comfort of the beds. However, there are frequent complaints about service, particularly regarding unresponsive or unhelpful staff, billing issues, and extra charges for basic services like towel exchanges and cleaning. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding the property very clean and others noting lapses in housekeeping. Overall, the positives center on room size, location, and pool facilities, while service and some operational aspects need improvement.AI-Generated from customer reviews
