Pros (+) This hotel is near the downtown area of Cancun which is very different from the hotel zone. It's in a residential area so it's a little odd to begin with but once you get past that the hotel location, the hotel entrance and facilities are nice. Cons (-) The fixtures such as sink faucet, bathtub faucet and some other wall pieces in the bathroom are rusty. The bathtub faucet was so rusty on the inside it was difficult to work properly. The maids do a good job cleaning so it doesn't look like it needs replacing. The shower curtains smelled of mildew which didn't surprise me
