Resort is newly renovated and beautiful, room was modern and clean, food was very good, staff was friendly. Pool and Beach seating is clean and very comfortable. Chose a room with access to Aqua Club, and felt it was well worth it! Can't wait to go back!
Resort is awesome. The only negative is that the drinks are extremely watered down.

This was a very relaxing resort. The food was great and the drinks were actually made very well. The resort is very quite, which made it easy to relax and catch up on sleep. They had tons of beach chairs, even with people reserving chairs with towels we had no problem findings places to sun bath on the beach. The waiters even came to the beach. They had starbucks coffee included which was a huge plus. Also the room service was amazing, defiantly helped since there was a very long wait for dinner.
There was an hour to two hour wait every night for every restaurant. We were there Monday- Friday so I can not imagine how busy weekends are. There was little to no entertainment. We did yoga one morning and the instructor was intense, she even yelled at us for doing a pose wrong. There was one club at the resort however there wasn't really any night life.

Great facilities and staff are extremely professional and helpful. The pool and the beach are unbelievable and the service is incredible...never left without a drink! Best service I have ever experienced!

It was a great experiences for us. The pool was so clean and the view was amazing. The sand of the beach was soft and smooth. I like the buffet restaurant had verity selections of food and veggies, all staff was welcoming and alway nice to us. The mb restaurant offered us a nice dessert and our server knows it was our last night at Live Aqua, so he brought the dessert had " Have a nice trip" and " See you soon" and drawing the trees and ocean on the plate. It was so sweet. I did not realize it is an adult only property which was worth the money for couples or friends to stay. There was live music at the bar almost every night. Room service food was good as well. I did not have time to check out the spa, but once I walk in to the property I can smell the fresh water and nice moist clean. It was my first time visiting Cancun and this resort just make me want to go back soon.
