Food and staff at the restaurant were extremely bad. Good beach, okay pool, but waiters are really unprofessional and rude. So much food seems to be wasted as it is days-old and taste really bad

Pros (+) Gorgeous location & excellent vacation all-around! I would def recommend this hotel!!! Our family of 6 + a baby was hands-down pampered and spoiled by the staff! Shout out to David at Coco’s for making our stay incredible!
Cons (-) The hotel had events and activities but were not well-advertised. The kids/teen programs were not well-known. Other hotels post the activities daily. The Paradisus could do better in this area.
