Riu Palace Peninsula is a classy hotel for all ages! The staff are all nice and attentive to your needs. They have good selections of food at the buffet restaurant. They have fun activities everyday (foam pool party is the best) unlimited food and drinks!
Not really an issue but this hotel is located 10-20 minutes aways from the heart and night life of cancun. You need to ride a bus ($1) if you want to just walk and visit the souvenir shops and the luxury lane/shops. Bus stop is 1-2 min walk from hotel.

This hotel participated in discriminatory practices. Some guests were allowed to wear swim or casual attire in dining rooms, while others did not have the option. In addition, staff members in the dining area were abrasive at times.
