Everything! To start off, we were welcomed to the hotel by a door, a door you needed a card for, to even get to the reception. After standing for 5 minutes waiting for someone to use the door to get in, we went to the reception to be greeted by a half closed counter which was like a pawn shop counter in In Bradford. We were then told that to get our room card, we had to pay €200 deposit cash and that this would be refunded at the end of the stay. (It still hasnt a week later) After paying a disgusting amount of £80 for parking, for a car park that you can barely get in and out of, we went to our room. Let’s start off with the walk to the lift. If you like adventuring derelict buildings, this is the perfect resort for you. With a pool that’s closed? For no reason.. and gardens that look like they’re just missing the washing machines and broken bedside cabinets you find in your usual council estate garden. What are you waiting for?
Perfect location,easy booking&payment.Friendly employees,all fantastic!
Our apartment was a great size with 2 floors which gave us plenty of space.
The patio area had a stone wall so unless standing couldn’t see the lovely views. We had 200 euros deposit taken on checking in as a deposit in case of damage . We discovered during stay if we’d lost the key with fob to get in/out, we’d be charged 150 Euro’s but not informed by reception. No cleaners came to apartment during 11 day stay. I believe there was an additional charge for this . Security at the pool were quite strict and unfriendly, bordering on rudeness.
If you can don't choose these apartment. The security staff is REALLY RUDE AND AGRESIVE. One of the guards came to our door, yell and push my girlfriend. Then he threatened us that he will be waiting for us outside of the building to fight with us. The next morning we talk with the manager and she apologized about it saying that was an external company. It was a really bad experience that I don't wish to anyone.
