6.3 Good
Pros: Ambiance was nice. Location convenient. Easy access.
Cons: My AC did not cool properly so we were unable to rest due to room temperature. I finally contacted front desk around 2:30 am and after about another 20 minutes she was able to manually adjust it. It finally started cooling around 4 am. For a hotel of this caliber I expected more to be done in this situation other than an “I’m sorry “ when we checked our at 4:30 am due to our dissatisfaction.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, amenities and staff all awesome.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff. Food. Service. All of it is top notch

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, comfy beds, nice staff, late check-out, good price
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location and Happy Hour were awesome! Very clean hotel. Great rooms! Really comfy beds!
Cons: Pool was small and not enough chairs. Do not get room 315! Your window is frosted so you can’t look out because you would be looking out on the second floor roof top with all the AC units that make all sorts of loud noise in the quite room all nig
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Proximity to shopping and restaurants is unbeatable. Pool area is amazing with the fireplace and TV — go at night for the full effect. Beds are so comfy they just swaddle you to sleep.
Cons: No jacuzzi.

Locale Rainey Street - Austin - Building
2
9.3 Excellent (218 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Locale Rainey Street, you'll be centrally located in Austin, just a 4-minute walk from Austin Convention Center and 7 minutes by foot from Lady Bird Lake. Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, express check-in, and express check-out. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the rooftop pool. Hands downs the best location in Austin
Cons: Nothing. Everything was great
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean spacious and the location
Cons: Self check-in wasnt easy and they asked me to give the credit card details on phone Parking was expensive and they never tell you or mention the fees at all they just charge when you leave
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Very spacious apartment with good amenities. Restaurant downstairs was great.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The accommodation was pristinely clean and in a great spot on Rainey Street. The bed was really comfortable and kitchen loaded with all you would need for a short to medium term stay. Check in and out was easy and the staff were really attentive in responses to the phone number that was left.
Cons: The noise from the street was a little more than the property let on during previous correspondence though soundproofing was decent on the whole. We stayed midweek but I think the music from the bars downstairs and opposite would be more disruptive on weekends. The rate is also a little high given competition
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed that it was in the Rainey historical district - which we could enjoy but also get away from. It was very quiet within the room even when there was a lot going on . it was easy to get in and out. Parking was easy. Esay access to wifi.
Cons: The only complaint is that the air conditioner in the main room was quite noisy. We closed the door to the bedroom each night to sleep better. Not sure how to use the tv the best. I typically enjoy local news when I travel but didn't find it. You could have instructions for use on the tv.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beds were awesome! Towels were fluffy. Bonus bedroom on noisy nights! Yes box and coffee in the kitchen.
7.5 Good
Pros: Nice large app. Everything was available. Good location.
Cons: Given you are in the bar/resto area of the city it was noisy through the night. The airco seemed somewhat underdimensioned during the hot day On the bottom floor (not in our app) there was a smell off “sweaty feet” ...
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Great kitchen and bathroom.
Cons: Clearer explanation of how everything works.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The best location in Austin. Just around the corner from the famous Rainey street, and a 20 minute walk to the capitol. Very clean and spacious apartment. No fuss check-in and check-out. Great experience
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Layout was simple yet spacious.
Cons: Didn’t know that the street below would have music pumping into the evening - 10:00-11:00 PM. I’m sure this would be a draw for some - just would have been good to know ahead of time.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The 2 units that we rented were fabulous - spacious, clean, quiet, comfortable, very well equipped, great location. My family loved the easy access to Rainey street, downtown (we took great advantage of the scooters to get around) and the lakeside paths. The Locale staff was easily accessible 24/7 and very helpful and responsive to any questions that we had. The secure on-site parking garage was a plus, as we also had rental cars. Check in and check out were a breeze.
Cons: My only issue/concern was the deteriorating condition of the common areas over the course of the Memorial Day holiday weekend. On Monday morning the rooftop pool area was overwhelmed with trash and drink cans - overflowing trash cans, beer cans strewn on the deck, trash and cans floating in the pool. The common bathrooms (3 near pool on 8th floor, 2 in lobby) were a mess. The trash chutes on the lower floors were overflowing, with the trash smell getting into the lower floor hallways (especially first floor where 1 of my units was located). On site cleaning/maintenance staff seemed a bit thin on this holiday weekend to handle the extra volume of people and their mess.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great service, they were fast but very attentive. Pool area was my favorite spot for the weekend. Our villa suite was very comfortable.
Cons: No where to walk outside. It is surrounded by beautiful nature, but you would need to get in your car and drive across busy 360 to find hiking trails. Pool bar could open earlier on Saturday during the warm summer months.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The service was excellent. Had a bulb go out in the room and they changed it within 10 minutes
Cons: Spa services are not available. There are no therapists there at the hotel. If you book a spa service they will have to call and schedule a therapist for you so they need 3-4 hours notice
10.0 Excellent

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice employees
Cons: This hotel charges a $17 per day conservation fee. Supposedly it's hidden in the fine print.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: However, our room was not ready upon check-in. Had to wait over 40 mins. We received an upgraded. That was the only good thing to our trip this time, being I was celebrating my 46th birthday.
Cons: Different from our stay 3 years ago. Little disappointed. Room service was beyond slow. Called for Ice an took over an Hour. Then he didn't even come to our room. I happen to hear him in the hallway for someone else. Before bed was turned down an slippers placed out for the night. Not so this time.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Granduca is amazing!
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location was outstanding and so was staff.
Cons: Charged way too much for items compared to other hotels. For example: $50 for breakfast. The bar was way over priced and the restaurant was crazy. The restaurant, Visconti had minimal choices and was way over priced for what you received.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: My husband and I have been loyal customers to this Westin at the Domain for years and we have yet to experience a less than amazing stay. From the moment we checked in, Maggie at the front desk was great! She was welcoming and made sure our stay would be comfortable. She provided us with complimentary drinks voucher for the lobby bar and made sure our names were on the list for the complimentary breakfast buffet that came with our reservation. After a long flight it was such a refreshing feeling to be welcomed with such positive attitude and energy. The ambience of the lobby with the upbeat performance of a local guitarist made it even more welcoming. The moment we walked in our room (king suite) we felt at home. The room was clean and properly stocked with necessities such as mouthwash, makeup remover, comb, etc. On the bedside table they provided a small lavender oil roll on stick to help with sleep (I LOVED this because I'm a big fan of essential oils). The Wi-Fi was good, we didn't have any problems with connections. Our breakfast buffet was delicious as usual. They are very consistent with the quality of the food they serve at the restaurant. My suggestion is for people to try their belgian waffle! So good! We are definitely going to continue being future guests of the Westin Domain location.

Cons: The A/C has a motion sensor. Turns off about every 15 minutes. The carpet had numerous stains. The bed was sunk in the middle. The towels were dirty, clearly not washed. Hard to sleep hot and rolling to the middle of the bed all night. Worst 4 star ever!

Cons: Hard to see off of street. No clear signage for check-in or parking.

Pros: The bed was very comfortable and sheets were soft! My favorite, which may seem trivial to some, was the dimmer switch at the sink. I've never had a dimmer switch in a hotel & it was awesome!!! And it was LED. Staff was great!! Nice decor!!
Cons: I didn't read the part about you have to request a room with a microwave but I won't hold that against them. Just ask for it if you think you need one. The elevator is another. You have to go up 1 flight to sign in, then go to another elevator to the

Cons: Thin bedding.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The wheelchair accessibility was great at this location. The roll in shower was perfect and had a wide bench. There were handrails in user friendly positions near the toilet and shower. The electric blinds were operated by a button to make them fully accessible. We also travel with two dogs, who were welcomed without additional charge, which is hard to find anymore.
Cons: The neighbor next door (adjoining room with the doors locked) slept with their television on at a high volume which kept me from sleeping well, so sound insulation between adjoining rooms could be improved.
4.5 Okay
Cons: Room Was Dirty Carpet Stains From Pets They Comforter Was Stained With Yellow Stuff & Pillow Had Blood Stain
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super nice atmosphere, upscale feel, with great prices. Clean and perfect to bring the family. I loved the bar and lobby area. The rooms were modern and smelled fresh.
Cons: Could of used more towels.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The decor.
Cons: I was unable to reschedule reservation due to a death in the family. My room was not ready upon my arrival and had to wait in the lobby after seeing other guest arriving after me given there rooms.
6.8 Good
Pros: Staff treated us well, location was more or less ok, I had to do a lot of business in and around the UT campus so it was a drive not excessively far.
Cons: !st. the web site lead me to believe that I was getting a 2-bed room; however the desk personnel: Brian, was sensible enough to make the necessary changes so I could stay in the hotel, he gave me a room that worked. However I am not sure what was left on top of one of the pillows it looked like a piece of a cigar, but it was out of place and it looked dirty.

Pros: The location is great! You are only 8 minutes from the airport and within minutes of tons of good food options!
Cons: The coffee maker in the room was broken and the coffee they gave us at the front was awful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It's a very modern and clean hotel. Great amenities and close to the airport.
Cons: Not enough parking. We had to park far away and walk around the property late at night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly helpful staf, clean comfortable rooms.
Cons: Breakfast was mediocre at best. Cook didn’t make eggs properly but still expected them to be received. Service was slow, coffee was weak. Not like advertised in elevator. Disappointing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were staying in another “new“ place just down the street from the Hilton Garden Inn. We stayed there one night and it was just horrible. Or at least totally in adequate. There are at least four or five more hotel facilities in that row and we chose the Hilton Garden Inn. We’re very glad we did. The reception hostess was excellent. The breakfast option was sumptuous. And the room was large and lovely. Though we didn’t get to use the pool, we will certainly come back again and use it. My son and his family live five minutes away so this is a very convenient location. We will definitely be back.
Cons: There was almost nothing we didn’t like. Unfortunately the decaf coffee came from a vending machine and certainly could’ve been much better with the delicious breakfast. But that’s about it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: clean, easy check in, free transportation from airport
Cons: confusion on check out time, cleaning crew knocked on our door 2 hours ahead of time asking if we were leaving yet
7.5 Good
Pros: Good location, convenient for the airport. Clean, airy room.
Cons: Water bottles left in the room are charged at $3...I’ve never seen that before and it’s a bit outrageous given its 35 degrees outside. Slow shuttle. Poor customer service.
9.7 Excellent
Cons: Excellent service for breakfast
7.5 Good
Pros: Restaurant bar dinner great. Excellent attention. Breakfast was denied.
Cons: The room AC was horrible
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great atmosphere and decor. Felt truly relaxed to be there.
Cons: Bought full breakfast “buffet”, sausage was over done, juice was warm and didn’t taste very fresh. Also, would prefer to have self serve coffee instead of served tiny servings from waiter. And also would prefer a little more variety for creamers instead of plain.

This 448 room upscale urban resort style hotel sits along the shores of Lady Bird Lake in Downtown Austin, and is conveniently located within walking distance of 6th Street, the Warehouse district, 2nd Street District, Barton Springs, and SoCo entertainment district. Other Hyatt amenities include the "Fastboard" boarding pass service, "Stayfit @ Hyatt" gym, and Hyatt's frequent stay program; Gold Passport.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good size room, all facilities, fridge, complimentary water daily and coffee machine. Breakfast included in room price. Pool was good size although quite deep.
Cons: That the pool area could be accessed by anyone as no room key was needed to enter. Witnessed lots of people coming in from river walk - swimming, using towel and continuing river walk (also heats them talking about it)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our bartender, Edward was amazing! We had great pool-side services! We had an amazing weekend!
Cons: More patio furniture for additional guest.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was amazing. The sushi bar onsite was terrific and so was the room. The only downside was that I was at a conference and the food was not very good- was served uncooked rice at one lunch but otherwise great place.
Cons: Conference food and temperature was really cold.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Emma in the restaurant/ the bellman
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The ac worked all night! In most other hotels the ac shuts off in middle of night or is set to a motion detector.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We booked a "Home Alone" home for the first part of our trip. The plane landed, I called the person to let them know of our arrival and they TOLD US NOT TO COME! It was horrible. So we went right to the Hyatt and they were able to accommodate us with NO problem! Robert (valet) and Mike (valet) were amazing people who should be recognized for their amazing customer service and kindness. We were so frazzled and they were SO SWEET! Front dest staff - Katlyn - she was also amazing. Facilities were great and location and view were perfect. They upgraded our room for our trouble and it was THE BEST VIEW EVER!
Cons: Breakfast was too expensive for us to even try. Wait staff was super rude. Someone managed to break into our hotel room in the middle of the night, and so I probably would not stay here again based on the fact that this drunk man made it to the 9th floor to our door and pushed it open. He fell into our foyer and it was so so so scary. Security came up but not super quickly. For that reason, I would not stay here again. No one was hurt but we could have been.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms
Cons: Slow service
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Driskill is a beautiful hotel. The staff was very attentive to our every need. When making the reservation I said that my husband and I are celebrating our 25th Anniversary and also having a 70th Birthday celebration for my dad. My sister and their husbands and my dad and his girlfriend would be meeting us the day after we arrive. We all were staying at the Driskill. When we areuved in our room there was a lovely platter of chocolate covered strawberries and a small bottle of Proseco for our anniversary and another platter with the signature 1886 chocolate cake with fresh berries. and a bottle of sprung water for my dads birthday. Much Later that night after enjoying a night out, we discovered ants in our room. My husband called down to the front desk and spoke with Jeffery. Within 30 min Jeffrey had sent up a bellhop and we were in another room. We even accidentally left something in the old room and the bellhop brought it to us. The cafe was very good. We ate breakfast there twice. The fresh pastries were AMAZING! The Driskill Bar was beautiful and had several areas to sit comfortably, almost living room style. Watch out if you are on a budget though. The tab will add up quickly. We ate at The Driskill Grill and the food, the service, the view, everything was great! We had 8 in our party and had a good time, possibly being a bit loud sometimes! Looking around at the other parties it seemed more of an intimate place to go. Over all our stay at The Driskill was great and I would highly recommend staying there.
Cons: In the historic part of the hotel the rooms and bathrooms especially, although very nice were small. We went out and came back late to discover ants in our room, so we switched rooms to the newer part of the hotel. The rooms and bathrooms were much larger in the newer part of the hotel.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The restaurant in the lobby was awesome! Croissants were extra flakey! Location of the hotel was superb - great little speakeasy next door!
Cons: Parking should have been included with the cost of the room.
10.0 Excellent

Pros: location and ambiance
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Atmosphere
Cons: Understaffed bar room during peak weekend hours.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great. Loved the croissant.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: The only thing negative is the large volume of homeless and tweekers on the streets around the hotel. And Austin voted to make begging legal so the homeless and tweekers get aggressive about approaching and following you. Driskill, I know you probably already are trying to fight this but seriously, next time I'm staying somewhere else so I don't have the sketchy-ness. My friend was almost jumped by three guys on his way back from an evening walk to see the capital. He said it was a real scare but that he was ready to go down fighting and maybe they sensed that and so backed back into their dark hole. I had a man approach me asking for help and I told him no and went into Coopers as an immediate respite and to have dinner. He then waited for me to come out of the restaurant and followed me for a block trying to get me to give him money. I feel bad for your beautiful hotel but with that homeless shelter so close......It's too sketchy for people to go out at night and walk within your neighborhood.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We spent the night here to celebrate our "annibirthary" and had a wonderful experience from the moment we walked in until the time of check out. They congratulated us on our special event and went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The location and architecture of the space is perfect.
Cons: Nothing was wrong with our stay...Just a squeaky bathroom door upon opening and closing-hardly a reason to complain!
7.0 Good
Pros: Staff was friendly
Cons: Small bathroom, could not regulate temperature. Was not impressed with room
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was charming
Cons: no - I would stay there again

9.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and the rooms were super nice. They were clean and the beds were comfortable.
Cons: They only bad thing was that a drink from the little store in the lobby was $5. I thought that was a little ridiculous considering I bought the same drink the next morning for $1.

4.3 Okay
Pros: The room was clean
Cons: They charged my credit card for someone else's room. And then they charged me two times for incidentals and they could not refund my money so I could not go anywhere do anything because they used up all my money. I know they will refund the money today or tomorrow but they left me broke whole I was here and Emily was trying to lie about what she did when the lady who checked us in explained. I was so disappointed how Emily handled the whole thing. Then after she takes all the money she says oh it's probably too late to call the bank and correct it. I asked if I could just be refunded to just go home because I was not going to be able to do anything she said oh I can't do that. This was so disappointing. I should have stayed home to watch TV.

Pros: The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout the property. Beds were very comfortable and overall decor was very nice. The pool area is really cute. The restaurant in the hotel is very good, but it takes a while for the food to come out. I would stay here again if I came back to Austin.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Bed very comfortable. Nice shower too. Love that there's a lovely dining room in the hotel.
Cons: Couldn't figure out how to see the alarm clock at night to see what time it was. Would be nice to have more plugs or USPs near the nightstands to charge phone and ipad.

Pros: Nice room, beautiful building, great location, friendly team
Cons: Pricey
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful room, staff, and overall feel.

Cons: Cancellation policy sucks!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Excellent facilities and attentive staff. We were only in Austin for the night and spent most of our day at the pool as it was so lovely.
Cons: A bit far from the main bars but this mean it was in a much more peaceful location.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel Ella is my new "go to" hotel in Austin. I am done with all the others. The staff was wonderful from the valet, to housekeeping, to front desk, restaurant...I hesitate to write this because I don't want the hotel to become too popular! The property is comfortable, clean, staff were accommodating and friendly. Food was great, though I only ate there for one meal
Cons: I had a lovely view of an abandoned building but that was really not a big deal...
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Super comfy bed. Easy check in and clean room. Bed was comfy. We had breakfast the next morning at Goodall's and it was good.
Cons: The driveway is a bit short for more than 2 cars, so that was the only negative. Worked out fine.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff and the fact that it is dog friendly. The pet fee is a little steep, but worth it.
Cons: Service in the restaurant was a little slow. And, I was astounded to see on my brother's bar tab for a scotch rocks a $2 charge for ice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was not important on this visit. A had some colleagues stay here before and highly recommended it, so I thought I'd give it a try. From the welcoming, to being escorted to my room, to the restaurant and service, the staff is fantastic, friendly and accommodating!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely diningroom, good food and very pleasant, attentive service.
Cons: Didn't like that I couldn't stay longer! Every staff member including reception, the bartender, dining room, valets, housekeeping and security were polite, helpful and engaging. A very pleasant place to stay.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great. We were able to walk or take a short Uber to everywhere we wanted to go.
Cons: There was absolutely nothing we didn't like about our stay.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: The staff responded quickly via text messages.
Cons: The property is in the music district and there are bars across the street that make the apartment unbearable at night while grunge music Blair’s and people walk back and forth in front of the unit. We were in 1109. The “sleeper sofa” should be removed from the description as it is unsleepable. The unit was dirty when arrived and the floors needed a good clean. There were no extra linens for the “sleeper sofa” They did bring me sheets but no blanket. I would NEVER stay at this location again and would warn anyone booking to get specific details before making your decision. I took video of the sound and location but this does not support the media.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved how spacious the space is and that it has a full kitchen! The kitchen is what sold me. The bed was definitely like a cloud and we had a personal washer and dryer.
Cons: Everything was perfect
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The extras that were given during the visit, such as a coffee bar downstairs.
Cons: There was a water covered with hair and the smells in the hall were really strong.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We liked every thing, all was very clean and tidy. The bed was very large and comfy, the art work on the walls was great. There was plenty of storage space for clothes and suite cases.
Cons: The view from the balcony which was over looking where people walked their dogs and smoked, and being on the 1st floor you where quite close to the action...
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The convenience of having a kitchen and laundry facilities for a longer work stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: You get an entire apartment, fully furnished with everything you would need for an extended stay (or a short stay). I loved this place!! It even had a washer/dryer and everything was very clean. they provide lots of thoughtful amenities. Backdoor patio to look outside. My only regret is not having stayed longer!! Excellent room!
Cons: It's a bit of a scavenger hunt to get to the room and get your car in the garage, etc. But u can make this fun!!!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location and facilities are excellent. Guild apartments in general have been excellent.
Cons: Details of access into the property could come through earlier although that's only a minor thing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved our stay at the Guild Red River. I love this concept and hope that more cities take note and offer something like this. Our stay was comfortable and we felt like we were home away from home. Having a full kitchen and separate living space is a rare find in a traditional hotel but at the Guild it's standard and for the same price. We will definitely be staying at one of the Guild properties the next time we visit Austin!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was so easy and the room and facilities were great. The pool is amazing, perfect for relaxing, the gym was good and the room was spotless. Could not be happier!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: There was a ton of space in the apartment, so great value for the money spent. They also provide delivery service of groceries for just the cost of the groceries, and are very responsive to any questions and requests.
Cons: The location of the building wasn't in the best neighborhood but I never had any trouble. In no way a showstopper.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The set up was fantastic

Cons: Bathroom door was difficult to open and close
9.3 Excellent
Pros: My kids wanted a extra blanket and the staff rushed one up in a matter of minutes. Thank y’all.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, great views from the 29th floor. Good food at their ground floor restaurant.
Cons: Air conditioning unit inside room was whistling all night, I guess that a bit of adjustments can be made to have it operate quietly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and overall amenities.
Cons: The property does not have a pool which would have made it much better in the summer heat.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect, it felt like home, We loved the bar area on the 2nd floor . Felt like we were at a family reunion with family members we didn't know :). Very friendly and relaxing outdoor patio, the dj on Saturday night was fantastic!!!! Pet friendly was a plus!!!
Cons: The bathroom door didn't have a lock, it was a sliding door. That was weird.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location and staffs. Valet Parking $43
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location was super convenient and clean! The hotel had a restaurant/coffee shop and rooftop bar. We ended up spending more time at the hotel because it was it so easy to grab dinner and drinks there.
Cons: The bathroom inside the room didn’t have locks. Not a huge deal but the sliding door was loud. You have to be mindful if you’re sharing the room with friends.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect.
Cons: Valet could have not made us 30 minutes late to our mother's 80th birthday celebration party. I do understand they were overwhelmed but should have checked in with us because we're standing right next to them with our ticket in hand. Very visible. We thought they heard us ask again after we texted five minutes earlier.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: I liked the view from my room. Valet parking overnight was just 16 bucks.
Cons: The booking.com price was different from what I was charged at the hotel.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: The parking was not something I was used to but the parking staff was amazing!
Cons: Of the 4 days we stayed there not once did the cleaning staff clean our rooms without us having to go down to the lobby and request it. We had to continuously ask the cleaning staff to clean our room, supply fresh towels and make our beds. Continuous barking dog kept us awake for 4 straight hours Saturday night. This is not a "kid friendly" hotel. The recreation area was "closed" to anyone under the age of 21 after 8 p.m, I have teeanagers 13 and 16 and stayed at this hotel because when I googled it it stated it was good for kids. I was highly disappointed and the overall experience was not good. I will never stay at this hotel again. The room was small and compact for the amount I paid for this hotel I expected more. The bathroom toilet area had a sliding door, very heavy and loud to open and close waking up everyone in the middle of the night if you had to go. The lighting was awful, you had to turn on the full bathroom light vanity and all to see in the toilet area and the outlet across with the room where a small lamp was did not work unless all the lights were on in the bathroom.
7.5 Good
Pros: Beautiful
Cons: Too much to type...

Pros: Great staff. Awesome room. The check in desk needed more personnel because that took some time; one long line on a Friday evening. The guy at the desk found an upgrade for me for a small additional cost which was nice.
Cons: Check in line was one long line. The bell man didn’t know where my bags were. The beers were expensive at the bar! Two electric jellyfish beers cost me like $19.00. It was tough ordering food at the pool. Had to go inside.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It is a wonderful hotel. Best we have ever stayed in.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: The room was a good size, and the beds were very comfortable.
Cons: It was an extra $42 per day/night for parking.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: I like the security and the cleanliness of the establishment. I also thought that the employees were very professional and did a great job.
Cons: I didn't like fact that you had to pay $20 per day for breakfast and $42 per day for parking after paying $200 per night to stay. I would also suggest that the breakfast be either lowered from its $20 price or be free. Thats alo for one person for breakfast.
5.0 Okay
Cons: Fire alarm in middle of night. Manager didn't say anything to those waiting in lobby. Seemed to hide from everyone. Booked a King and got 2 Queens. Told no more Kings at checkin. Manager didn't talk to us, he hid and made front desk guy deal with us

Cons: Valet parking way too expensive and no option for self-parking is given (except on the street)

Pros: Staff and hotel were wonderful!
Cons: All I wanted was a soda but had to pay $3.79 even though breakfast was included. If I was a coffee drinker that wouldn't be an issue. Homeless ruined the experience by harassing us everytime we walked out the door. I won't return to downtown Austin.

Pros: Overall I did like the room and the staff was perfect
Cons: I felt that it was a bit over priced. And the beds could be a bit more comfortable
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Every staff member was extremely friendly and helpful, and made us feel welcome. The few times we called down for extra towels or a blanket, they were delivered within 5 minutes.
Cons: $42 a day for parking is an absolutely ridiculous, especially considering the price of the room.

Pros: Location
Cons: Breakfast starts too late, weekdays and weekends. Coffee only available during breakfast, should be 24/7.
