Room was comfortable, nicely furnished, good breakfast. Staff was friendly and attentive. The beds were very comfortable, and I slept well. There were stairs, no elevator. The heater at lobby entrance was loud when it kicked on making it difficult to hear the clerk. The pillows were half size, not as good of quality as the bed, a disappointment.

We had dirty wash rags and towels in the room we went out and bought towels and wash rags to use. The room had an odor to it also

The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The towels were clean but still wet. The orange juice at breakfast was 99% water and only 1% orange. There was no elevator.

It was in close proximity to lots of shops and restaurants. Inexpensive. Other guests were very loud, playing music and stomping in the halls until late at night. Front desk clerk was disoriented and forgetful at check-in; no one was even at the desk when we wanted to check out.

The only thing I liked about the hotel was the location. It was across from a nice mall. The outside lacks 'curb appeal'. It looks run down. Was not satisfied with the lack of 'compensation' for the issues identified and presented to the staff dealing with the dirty room.

Location I thought it was ridiculous that a Hotel that big has no elevators. When I booked the hotel I was not given a choice of which level I wanted. This is not good if elderly or sick people has to walk up and down stairs.

This was horrible the rooms dresser was broken all the drawers wouldn't stay closed shut. I did ask since we were in room 315 could we get any closer to ground level. I do have a handicap you can visually see.they told me no! That's the room I booked Above That is the first time I've ever used priceline and not sure I would trust that again
