Pros: I spent 3 weeks in the Maritimes and this was, by far, my favourite place to stay. I told everyone back home that I wish I could have taken this place with me everywhere I went. The rooms were nice and clean, the beds were super comfortable and the staff was amazing! I had originally booked for only one night. When I looked at my itinerary, I realized that I would need two nights, so I went back and booked a second night. When I checked in, however, it turned out that I had accidentally clicked on the wrong date for the second night. The lady at the desk worked her magic and not only made sure that I had back-to-back dates. I was in a different room the next night, so I went to check out the next morning. When I got to the desk, I was told that my new room was already cleaned and ready for me. When I got back that night, I was starving and craving scallops. The lady (a different one) at the desk showed me menus of some local restaurants and offered to call and make me a reservation. I cannot say enough good things about my stay here. It will definitely be on the list when I go back!
Pros: Beautiful property with perfect views from each room
Pros: We stayed there during hurricane Dorian...power was out and the staff assured us we could stay until roads were clear and safe.....they also provided us with a lovely breakfast of hot coffee, yogurt, muffins and fruit at their expense....how truly thoughtful and caring....
Cons: The cabins need some updating...
Pros: Wonderful place about 25 to Souri Ferry, it was immaculate nice place right on a quaint river , continental was sufficient for as were heading out to tour PEI, definitely would recommend this great Inn
Cons: Next door was smoking on the balcony. Other hotels ban that. Or fine the person.
Pros: Riverfront location. Beautiful
Pros: every thing will be returning there next time
Pros: We had a two bedroom house keeping cottage with a view of the harbour. Central location on the east side of the island.
Cons: A little larger bathroom Better light fixtures.
Pros: I very much needed a getaway weekend and I easily could have enjoyed the whole weekend in my room Over the harbour instead of heading to Souris then St Peters for nights in those villages.i booked a whole weekend next summer at your facility because I know it will be a very nice weekend just relaxing in your beautiful rooms with the gorgeous view of the harbour .

Cons: Toiletries could use some upgrading...Toilet Paper, Shampoo
Pros: Staff was super nice a big A+

Pros: The inn was quaint - very nicely decorated and clean. Service was excellent and staff were super friendly. Breakfast was delicous and the room was comfortable.
Cons: Well, it is an old inn so it does have some architectural quirks - low, slanted ceilings in the room and bathroom resulted in more that one noggin bump but I am at bit of a beast a 6'5".
Pros: The staff.. all are helpful and very friendly. The food. They have a really good restaurant serving great evening meals.. and the breakfast, which is included in the room rate, is good too and offers plenty of choice... Internet is free and fast.
Cons: The room had a sloped ceiling.. but otherwise was great
Pros: Great place, great hostess and service.
Cons: Nothing !
Pros: Fantastic location. Beautiful property and house.
Cons: Just be prepared for rooms on the 3rd floor (free exercise :))
Pros: Good location, convenient to have a restaurant/bar attached to the Inn.
Cons: In general we did not get a warm feeling from the place as you normally would enjoy from a B&B. Perhaps it is overwhelming to have to run a restaurant/bar at the same time.
Pros: Delicious dinner, breakfast to go which enabled us to catch our ferry.
Pros: Room was perfect
Cons: Three flights of stairs
Pros: Good breakfast included. Paid for a fine dinner
Cons: We were on the third floor. No elevator. We are senior citizens. Carrying luggage was difficult. My husband is tall . He bumped his head frequently on the sloping ceiling
Pros: Excellent breakfast choices and service.
Pros: The breakfast was great, I had fruil, granola, and yogurt.. my husband had a full breakfast. Excellent. Kim was a Jacklyn of all trades!!!
Located in the town of Montague, Awakenings Inn is a 1917 century home is 5 minutes' walk from local shops and restaurants. Each guest room is equipped with a mini fridge, microwave and WiFi. Additional amenities include air conditioning, cable TV and a private bathroom with free toiletries. Panmure Island Provincial Park is at a distance of 20 km, while Kings Castle Provincial Park is 22 km away.
Pros: Awakenings is a well-run, back-to-basics B&B in an ideal location for travelers using the Wood Islands ferry: in fact, it's at the very beginning of the road that leads to the ferry. The self-serve continental breakfast also makes it very affordable, and there's a cafe a block away that offers more substantial fare. Marcia is a good-humored and charming host. The room we stayed in looked down on the lovely town of Montague, which is well worth a day's visit.
Cons: The bed was serviceable, especially given the price, but not the most comfortable. Nevertheless, we would definitely stay there again.
Pros: Very nice and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Would definitely go back
Pros: Very friendly hostess, excellent location, good ize room with am ensuite. Amazing jpmebsked cookies
Cons: It would have been nice to have more than a continental breakfast.
Pros: Historic feel of the room, house, outside surroundings
Cons: Would have liked more food choices for breakfast (yogourt, fruit). Room was a bit too dusty.
Pros: It was a nice place to stay for a night: comfortable, clean, friendly.
Cons: The room was a little crowded once we added the travel cot for our toddler. We should have arranged something with the B&B before our stay.
Pros: Great location!
Pros: We loved the quaint house, the friendliness of our host, and the location. We were able to walk to most of our destinations.
Pros: The house is really charming and nice. Close to town and the owner was very nice and helpful. The room, bathroom and bed were small but very nice and functional.
Cons: Coffee is a Kuerig machine which I don't like. Nice selection of Teas though. Breakfast was Bagels, nice scones, muffins and cookies. Very few power outlets in the room.
Pros: Being the Aug long weekend we were lucky to get this place on short notice. The rooms were clean. It was easy to find. The inn keeper was very friendly.
Cons: The kitchen was not clean. The place needed some repairs, upgrades and tlc.
Pros: Everything about the inn. The owner Marsha is so friendly and helpful with information about the town and things to do. She made us feel like we had known her for years. This is a superb place to stay. We will certainly stay again.
Cons: Beautiful place, very clean and the owner is absolutely great.
