the size of room..and the "trendy' decor There was one front desk staff, that was "trying to be funny" but was rather rude. He assume many things, not very proffessional. Thankfully I have a good sense of humour, otherwise I would have been more put off than I was.
Every single facility was clean and fine. No problem with using hotel. Nothing special, but wifi is too pricey.
The front desk was great, big thanks to Jiovani who assisted often with getting around and travelling advise. The bus and train stations are very close. The heating is not great especially in the bathroom. The shower is very small. The hand/small towels are terrible. The location is not great, lots of street people and a feeling of unsafety.
hotel is fab really stylish, rooms are very spacious and plenty of nice extras and would recommend the corner room, great breakfast lots of variety and even had champers on offer!!!!!and lovely roof terrace. funny smell in bathroom and dinner was a bit disappointing.
the design the prices for drinks at the bar up theterrece are far too high!!!
The room was very nice and the hotel was close to the station. The information we were given by the staff about an excursion to Pompay
Open garden at roof level We could not get served a dinner one night, told it would be 10minutes, 45 minutes later no menu given or water or an up date, waiters very scarcastic as we left, laughed at us and said Bye bye. Noise from street terrible, horns beeping all nite, extremely dirty outside hotel, staff on reception unhelpful, perhaps very little english, didn't understand us. Very poor selection of english speaking TV programmes. Internet access, no printer, very slow.
silent, clean poor breakfast, dark room
Close to Railway Station in Napoli The Bathroom smelt bad.
While the location was poor, the proximity to the train station was great The location and the trash in the streets. Not really the hotel's fault however.
A good hotel near to the more expensive shopping area , the staff are excellent in the way they communicate and help guests. I have now stayed a few times in the hotel and find its location safe (especially for Napoli and nice to walk around, there are interesting bars, trattorias and restaurants nearby. Not this hotel in particular, but in general the price of in hotel breakfasts, and I do know real Italians and what they eat for breakfast I am not commenting on the lack of a big American fry up. Only looking for a cornetto and cafe latte variation for a sensible price.
Excellent location...Walking distance to the seaside, right in the middle of the shopping district. Plenty of restaurants near by.
Very well located
The room was immaculate and well kept. Beds were firm. Would definitly stay here again.
perfect location very comfortable hotel!
I like very much the hotel , all was perfect :)
Helpfulness by the stay. The bar tender during he evening of our stay was very curtious and informative. prices for drinks at the bar much to high
The localization of the hotel is great, in the Chiaia region, the best neighboorhod in town. The hotel is very near to the best shops in Naples, such as Gucci, Armani and Louis Vuitton and another great shops, so you can reach the best of the city in a short walk. The hotel is also near to some good bars and restaurants (like the great pizzeria Matozzi) and to some streets that are closed to cars and are great to walk around, so within a walking distance, you have the best of Naples. It is also just three blocks form the subway station that leads to the central station. The hotel is very good, the room is very modern, new and clean, with a large ans clean bathroom with amenities. The only bad point is that they don´t have a safe box in the room, but they have in the reception. The staff is great, always ready to help you, the breakfast is very good and the hotel restaurant serves pretty good foods for lunch and dinner. I would recomend this hotel for everyone, me and my family really liked it. Just to put a safe box in the room
good neighborhood, close to good shoping district, nice rooms, but a little bit smal not so rich breakfast choise, no bar or caffe in the hotel
Excellent service all round . Excellent Room. Spotlessly clean. Excellent location. Though the restaurant not busy at night the food was absolutely delicious. Very nice staff. safe area of Naples. Walking distance to the main shopping area and Piazza Plebiscite. Not far from bay. Rooms lovely. One fothe best hotels I 've ever stayed in.
We wanted a view of the bay so got a room upgrade without having to pay extra. The famous AC Milan football team also stayed while we were here and Liverpool stayed the week before! The service in the restaurant was very poor. We waited over 30 mins for our drinks and over an hour for our meal which was ok but not worth the wait. The prices for the food and drinks in the bar and restaurant were ridiculously expensive. This also applies to the mini bar in the rooms.
The selection for breakfast was extremely poor. For a buffet breakfast I would expect a greater choice. I certainly in the past have found a better selection at lower rated hotels.
The public areas were clean and atractive and the staff were pleasant. The bed was comfortable and the linen and towels were crisp and clean I requested a room near to a friend who was on floor no.25 but when I received my key I was on floor 17 when I pointed out my request I was confronted by a kirt "it is not possible". I aslo requested a non smoking room but was put on a smoking floor. They advertise a safe in every room I never found one in mine. The enamel on the bath was badly damaged. The razor socket in the bathroom was broken so much so that water could enter the mechanism. There was a smell in the bahroom. The air conditioning didn't appear to be working. It would appear that at sometime the room had been broken into because the inside door frame was damaged. The day before we were due to leave, our room was stripped as if we were vacating it that day, this was promptly resolved by a receptionist.Every time we wanted service from the bar we had to find the barman who appeared to double up in the dining room. You may wonder why I didn't complain but I was there to support a friend who had been mugged and badly beaten and was in hospital I therefore had more important things on my mind and spent very little time in the room. I may have to return but will consider a different hotel. The room was 1727
Friendliness of Hotel Staff Amenities need updated Air Conditioning did not function very well if at all, room was very uncomfortable temperature wise.
Breakfast was great. Room was nice. All italian channels (no variety) + impossible to order movies
trough the window we can see all naples very beautiful panorama... stains on the wall in the room, broken bathroom glass, rusted bathroom tubes.
The location In napoli is very good. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff. On the edge of being rude. We stayed 3 days and everyday, 1 lift was out of order. Considering this hotel receives a lot of tourist bus, imagine when you are trying to take a lift. For the same reasons of tourist bus, It was difficult to take breakfast, no table available or no food available. We had 3 rooms and in each room, the safety box was "out of order". The reception sent somebody to fix it but could not find the problem. The free internet service in the lobby was also "out of order". The lift to the garage was "out of order". Finally, except for the location, we cannot recommend this hotel.
Efficient and well organized, clean rooms. I would expect in a hotel to have a map of the city to be offered to the clients. Also, more care to have english in every leaflet and post.
the location was grade because there are restaurants and bus station near by. The view from the high floors is breathtaken !!!!!!! the breakfast eas poor for 4 stars hotel . and the difficulty of aproaching the parking which doesnot belong to the hotel!!!
Hotel location, restaurant staff Front desk was very impatient, the rooms from 21st floor and above are refurbished, so make sure you ask for these rooms because the rest of the rooms are really worn out and are not pleasant to stay in, breakfast was very basic and included very few vegetables
I love the location and room. However, the breakfast was the only poor parts. Their coffee is a shame of Italy. If the tourist comes to Italy at the first time and drank that coffee, they will all think that Italian coffee is horrible,,but the truth is one of the best. They should really change that coffee and stop serving conserved fruits, Naples has wonderful fresh fruits!!!
The view was fantastic and the room was ok. Pool area was fabulous We were charged for items from the minibar which we never had. Were woken at 12 midnight on the first night of our honeymoon and told we had to change room. Told it was our honeymoon but got no welcome basket for it.
The hotel provided an excellent buffet breakfast which was included in the price. The view of the Bay of Naples was magnificent, particularly from the dining room. I also had dinner there and the service was excellent and friendly.
Sorry, not much. Breakfast overlooking the sea but inside away from the traffic is the best I can come up with. Hard lumpy bed. Pool closed on arrival. Refusal to provide iron/ironing board to tidy my dress before going out, curt to point of rude reception staff but most important no one smiled - not even once.
The room was cleaned every day and the sheets changed daily. The decor was lovely but there was a lot of unfinished work in this area. For example a fixing had been put on the wall and the plaster had broken away and no one prepaired the damage.
The hotel staff were great and the room was terrific. There was a great balcony and the view was incredible. The shower was awful. There was only a partial "door", and water got everywhere when you took a shower. We had to cover the floor in every towel we had in preparation for the swamp that followed. The pool also required swim caps which was weird and a big bummer because who wants to wear a swim cap?
The balcony and the seaview The room The central location.
Beautiful view of the castle, the sea and the mountains.
Staff were lovely. We had a problem with our room when we checked in initially and we were moved without any hesitation. Also, when we were leaving we asked for a recommendation for a hotel in sorrento and Monica, a fabulous lady helped us to secure a hotel for 8 days. This was completely above and beyond and we very much appreciated it. She had also recommended a beautiful place for dinner near the hotel. Good helpful staff working in a hotel in a new city for visitors are worth their weight in gold, this lady in particular was exceptional! No complaints about the hotel and the location was good. Naples is abit nuts though, 2 days is plenty!
View is spectacular and the walk along the beach is great. Breakfast is good. Carpets and walls looking a little tired, but certainly everything is clean!
Being so close to the Royal Palace and gardens. view from our window of the grounds!
Good attention to customer The hotel requires renovation! The shower hinges were rusty, the door rubber seal was hanging, the "do not disturb" sign and safe were not functioning. The hotels needs to make small repairs before theay become major.
The rooms were renovated and nicely appointed. I had a double for single use and it was fine. The hotel, on your web site, offered a two bedroom suite. They do not have any two bedroom suites, they only have junior suites which are certainly not the same.
Nice new room. Close to palace and shops. Uninterested staff. Not service minded!
The staff at the hotel went beyond what I expected to accomodate us, including assisting with the car rental. Also, while some of the guide books called the decor at the hotel non-decript or plain, actually the hotel is undergoing renovation, the room we had was all wired with the hi-tech capabilities, lighting, etc and had a understated, great modern decor. We really liked it.
Nice Hotel good location. Noisy, very noisy, pay wi-fi, I stayed for six nights and they were unable to replace a light bulb in the shower even though I notified them on the first day.
Easy to find with car parking close by. The restaurant was open until 22:30 giving us a chance to get a meal even though we checked in late. The room was quite and the beds spacious. I can't think of anything!
Raffael in the bar and dining room - warmly friendly and welcoming - fun. Breakfast was very good. There was no information in our room about air-conditioning, hot water, dining room menu, the city and palace, television - especially English channels
position the room was too small
you have to use public carpark, access is difficult, the staff were not very helpful
Old. Needs a complete renovation of interior. Wi fi also needs to be updated and strenghthened. Location and rooftop restaurant are only selling points right now.
best position in Napoli, very nice hotel and staff, especially the girl from reception who is very nice and beautifull
Good position good views good breakfast. But its opulence is fading fast and the spa/pool etc was closed as it was Sunday - this is not stated in the web site so the value was poor as we had expectations that did not come to fruition. No use of pool. Old fashioned.
The staff was helpful and nice They need to update the hotel a bit it's very dated it's like stepping into 1945. They need to make the hotel like Thr terrace they have on the very top there is a restaurant there and it's the only area of the hotel that I would consider a 5. Star.they should use the style of that restaurant for the entire hotel.
Close to dining and shopping. Close to the port to catch the ferry to Capri and the other islands. Its the best hang out spot in naples. Staff was friendly.
The staff were extremely helpful. I had no problem with the language and they could all speak English. All staff were eager to please and offered excellent advice on where to eat and where to go to experience Napoli. The services offered were exceptional and I was treated as a special guest. I recommend this hotel to anyone going to Napoli.
The location was great. Walking distance to many restaurants Seemed like one day this was a grand hotel. Today it's old and dusty. The room size was great but the sheets were rough and the hallways looked like they needed to be vacuumed.
Luxury hotel, well situated. Great breakfast on the tarrace - excellent personel (Mr Mario). Good room service.Tasty meals. Perfect barman Not fully satisfied with Concierge and reception personel - they seemed to have something more important to do than paying you enough attention. Parking - you have to go on foot to pay and to collect the car
They implied that breakfast was included then we got whacked for 27 a head on breakfast. Most expensive muffin I ever ate
the staff and the comfort cooperation with staff, because of their poor english..
The location is great. The music of a wedding in the hotel was loud until late hours in the night. this is not acceptable in a hotel like this.
Excellent hotel in perfect position with professional staff . Has everything anyone could wish for was an ideal base for three wonderful days in Napoli no
Amazing views, great location Limited catering, no evening meal and even basics like snacks in the evening were not available
Reception by personel was terible:poor english, unfriendly (few persons starting by manager of reception) Very expensive for price paid. For breakfast large choice but personel disputing between them, not profesional behaviour. It is the first time when I see something like this. Our 10 days holidays in Italy (Florence, Genoa, Tuscany, Milano) were fantastic but not in this hotel. Sorry because behind are people & familly, but something has to change.
Excellent staff, fantastic room, bueautiful view, good breakfast, good decor. No
Old world charm and great location. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were a bit dated.
The service of the staff was great. The food and room facilities were all of a very good quality. Nicely decorated hotel. The hotel is on Piazza Garibaldi, next to the train station and a bit noisy. This area of Naples is very dirty and to say the least tends to detract from the hotel which was the best out of the 10 hotels in Italy we have stayed in so far.
very good ground floor staff... ie reception and concierge lot of construction work outside hotel
The best part is the location - right across from the train station. You can walk with your luggage directly to the hotel. The rooms were well appointed, spacious bathrooms, separate room for luggage - which was a plus.
fitness room, parking poor breakfast, location
We dropped some cash in the lift and a staff picked it up and sent it back to us even before we realised it. His honesty should be commended! Housekeepers woke us up every morning at around 9:30am. Perhaps they could do the rooms at around 11 am without waking up the guests.
Excellent location, clean room and good breakfast. Extremely small room with very soft/worn mattress, safe deposit box in room does not work and extremely small shower stall (can't even bend down).
Overall the hotel and room were very nice. Breakfast was included and it was delicious. Also, the restaurant was very nice for lunch and dinner. I was here to present at a conference and the conference rooms of the hotel were nice and they provided folders, papers, pens, and water for participants. The hotel was right next to the central metro station which was very convenient to get on the metro and do some sightseeing. However, I don't think this hotel is in a "tourist area" and it is more where the locals go to catch the bus and the metro. The hotel is in a sketchy area and the room I had was noisy. I would not go out after dark. I was sexually harassed on the street one night while I was trying to get dinner. During the day was okay though. The room was also cold at night and no matter what setting I put the thermostat at the temperature never changed. The tv and treadmill in the fitness center did not work. Also, the business center was not available due to renovations. In addition, I asked the front desk staff what/where there was to sightsee and I was just given a city map with no indication of where things were located. The woman just circled a broad area of the map and told me to go there. That was not helpful at all.
Bed was super comfy, the rooms were very clean, shower was hot and had good water pressure, the included breakfast was amazing! Only thing not so good about this hotel is the location. Right next to the central train station, which is convenient, however the area is sketchy. Lots of pickpockets
Internet access was an important feature of my choice of hotel, and this was inoperative for my stay, which as it was a business trip caused great inconvenience. On a more general point, I feel it ridiculous that wi-fi access should be charged for in addition to standard room rates, it is now such a general requirement, an essential.
(1) Excellent location. 2 mins' walk from the station!! , (2) Cleanses of hotel lobby and (3) neat breakfast hall. Receptionist service could be better.
Small balcony overlooking city. Decent bathroom Service was abrupt almost to rudeness. Breakfast was poor - cold coffee and stale pastries. Ripped off by the taxi that the hotel called for us.
The aesthetics of the hotel. Nice rooms and halls. Great breakfast. Room equipment (e.g. shaving set, ). The hotel is a real museum! Too far from city center. Shuttle to city center not included (charged: 8 euros). No in room internet services (e.g. wifi). No bathtub. Shower too high. Bathroom was cold with respect to the room temperature.
Ease of use n/a
This 4 star hotel feels like a 5 star at a 3 star price.
Rooms were a good size and reasonably comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel was fine for a 2 night stopover, would not really like to stay any longer. Hotel was quite empty lacked atmosphere. Probably better suited as a conference hotel
The frendliness of the staff particulalry at the bar and reception The room access card did not work on a number of occasions. The hotel was aware of this and stated that it will be resolved at the end of this year but was somtimes a minor inconvenience.
The hall is a spectacular excercise in tastlessly showy design, complete with a flashy neon reproduction of Botticelli's primavera. I immagine this may appeal to some but to europeans it looks frankly outrageous. If you like trash tho... First of all this hotel is not in Caserta.Neighborhood is dreadful and dangerous. Getting there from Caserta Nord means you'll be forced to make a UTurn on the main street. Once there we couldn't find parking. We got to the reception, waited 10 minutes for a receptionist to show up only to find out our room was not ready. We were asked to leave our luggage there and take a walk (this translates into loytering in the main street among flamboyant day/night workers). Later on we got back and they gave us the wrong key so that we entered a room already occupied by somebody else (with all related security issues). We finally reached our small room. Broken air-cond.Overall design is dreadfully kitch, complete with fake neon-botticelli in the hall.
Excellent facilities in spacious rooms. Quite inside the building. Very good breakfast included. Value for money. Good for one night stop over to visit Caserta Palace. Very noisy outside (for example by the pool) as it's located on the junction of 2 extremely busy roads. Not child friendly.
lovely room and terrace with our room. Hotel looked very nice. only one retaurant open, staff in the retaurant were terrible, i complained to the manager as the service was shocking and the food not much better. Hotel did not charge us for dinner. very close to the motorway so no way you could have a window open at night.
Room, nice and large.
We made reservations for three nights, and we stayed only hours and next day rushed out of there. It was the worse stay in any hotel we have ever been to. Imagine the location being in the worst part of the city you live in. The room was small, atrocious, the chair was so overused that none of us could even sit on it. The bathroom was atrocious; tiny, no shelves, cabinets, counter top. We had to put our toiletry bags on the floor. Italy is our favorite country, but this hotel should be ashamed of themselves for even using the word "Palazzo". Everything. We ran out of there like bats out of hell. Atrocious! We are not the kind of family seeking luxury. You get what you pay for, but this is an embarrassment to the hotel business not to say Italy. The surrounding area was so bad, that the hotel staff lock the doors day and night.
Friendly staff. Very old, tiny shower and bathroom, not in a very good neighborhood.
room nice and large. large flat screen TV. hotel staff friendly.room and bathroom clean. No view from our room or decent balcony. Window very small. resturant out of use during our stay.
Clean and quiet. Good breakfast. Good location need the old city. The internet didn't work one night!
I liked the cleanliness of the room and the cable tv. Nothing
The location was fantastic. The room was nice and spacious with a balcony overlooking the city and the breakfasts were good
location is great, breakfast ok, room fine works going on in the street and so a lot of noise. I know these kind of works can take a lot of time (years) so be prepared
close to grocery store and walking distance to all attractions none
Central location, quiet, nice rooms, good value for money. Will come back.
The location of the hotel was excellent for my needs. It was clean and tidy.
museum visit Naples
The feature i liked best was the informal atmosphere. There was nothing to dislike.
The hotel is close to the railway station and not far from the historical center. very dangerous location! Familiarity and rudeness of the staff. One night the receptionist rushed into the room without any warning or knocking about 5am! it's outrageous! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone to stay at this hotel! If only for one night to take the train to another place
Nice, renovated hotel. Very unpleasant surroundings.
Very nice room at a reasonable price. Staff very helpful and friendly It is located in a horrible area!
Well equipped and clean room, good service and a kind and helpful staf. Breakfast buffet not sufficient to our standard.
Near Stazione Centrale Hotel is not 300 metres from the train station as stated, closer to 1km. Reception was rude and unprofessional, room was dirty as was the bathroom. Very ugly decor. Breakfast was terrible, waiter was possibly mentally retarded, more concerned about getting people's room number than remembering their coffee orders. The only friendly staff at the hotel is the cleaners. Avoid at all costs.
Staff was very friendly The hotel is in a bad location
Very good location, between railway station and old streets. The hotel is in a small street, rather quiet in spite of the central location. The internal decoration is handsome, service is good in general. Naples is an inexpensive city, with fantastic cultural heritage (the old streets, Vesuvio, Pompei, Herculanum -- and the National Archeological Museum, don't miss the wonderful Roman frescoes!). The washbasin (water draining) in the bathroom was a little bit blocked. Breakfest is rather miserable (a very common thing in Italy). But above all, Napoli's streets are nowadays full of rubbish heaps (problem with the Mafia). But this is not a problem of this hotel in particular.
First trip to Naples and this was a great choice of hotel. Situated in the back streets of what could be considered a 'fashion or shopping' district. Rooms great, very nice. Good size for Europe. Breakfast good too. Nothing out standing, but it was all fresh and well 'cared' for. I have a 5 star hotel working background - so can be very fussy. This was a beautiful hotel. Amazingly quiet considering it's location. Nope. The hotel is down a pedestrian only street - which is really only a hassle for the porters or taxi driver. Any extra few euros will get your bag carried by the taxi driver.
The quality of the hotel was excellent, decor and room-size great, the best we had in Italy The location is not the best, but stil within walking distance of highlights
This hotel is very clean and wide. The staff are almost friendly. The kind of the breakfast was not too much, but the taste was really good.I would highly reccomend this hotel. I cannot use WiFi in the room, but I can use it out of the room.
Location was very good, close to shopping area and the Port. Very safe that you can come back from your dinner late night by walking.
The cleaniness of the hotel and room in particular was amazing, just wanted was needed after a day out sightseeing! The service was very good and the hotel staff were welcoming and polite, especially the reception staff. The choice of breakfast was very good, healthy choices as well as the more traditional fare. I would certainly use this hotel again if visiting Naples. No negative comment to make
The room and the bathroom are renewed and very confortable
Traveled a lot throughout Europe and never know what kind of hotel one will get. This was one of the top class hotels I've stayed in and would definitely go back. Very modern, clean and in a great safe location. You can see everything from the city to the harbor on foot. Hotel staff also has great recommendations on excursions to Capri, Sorrento, Positano, etc..
Everything was good, perticularly staff and location
In essence the hotel is a beautiful oasis of comfort and calm tucked away inside vibrant, noisy, beautiful Napoli. Some day,in years to come,I will be back with my wife and this where we will stay. Please write at least 15 words
Everything was excellent - the room, the staff, the location. The staff were all very helpful and room service was very good. Check-in and out was very quick with minimal paperwork. Noise from the bar and reception area in the evening. The bar seemed to be open to the main hall and noise travelled to the rooms. However there was no noise from 12midnight so this was not a great problem.
Hotel corridors were pretty. Everything else! Uncomfortable beds, inhospitable staff, Wi-Fi totally unusable, shower temperature fluctuated from scalding to freezing, and room was rather depressing. I would never recommend this hotel, nor would I stay here again.
the staff was awesome, very helpful. The place was very quaint and very clean. Enjoyed our stay
Hotel was very well furnished, staff was excellent. The location was not very desirable. Lots of graffiti in neighborhood, few restaurants or shops within walking distance. Taxi was only transportation available.
Very nice hotel in the most charming part of Naples. Great staff.
Great central, characterful and historic location with impressive restoration of part of a medieval palazzo. Staff most helpful. Don't be discouraged by the rather dark street - perfectly safe. Found the aircon set rather high so a bit stuffy but we just opened the window
I never intend to stay anywhere else in Naples in the future. This hotel is beautiful, elegant, convenient, imaginatively renovated in a historic palace, modern, spotlessly clean, yet unpretentious and friendly. The staff members were extremely gracious and obviously proud of the hotel.
Friendly front desk staff, good location. poor breakfast selection and service.Small showers.
fabulous historic building (inside); large beautifully furnished rooms with all the mod-con's; perfect location in centro storico; grand breakfast room; excellent staff walking down the street and seeing garbage and graffiti...the "norm" in Napoli! also the grungy staircase leading to the second floor is a poor first impression to the hotel grandeur
Charming hotel in the center of the old city. Very kind staff and a good room.
The stylish rooms, nicely renovated interior The surroundings are so-so and the entrance is really something I would have never imagined to hide a 4* hotel
a very friendly staff, they gave us great recommendations about places to go, the hotel is gorgeous palace hidden in a typical small napolitan street. only one problem: wifi signal was very weak and internet would disconnect all the time.
The staff, the rooms were excellent. It's a hidden treasure right in the centre of the old Napoli. It was perfect. The staff really excelled themselves and their sense of pride in their city and it the service they offer to their guests was highly evident.
The staff were very helpful and the location in the old part of the city very convenient. This is a quiet oasis in a (potentially) noisy district. Ignore the off putting entrance, once up the stairs all is very good. People say this area of Naples can be a bit " dangerous" - bag snatching and so on. Our experience was that all the people we encountered were very friendly and helpful - do not be put off. Hard to find so print off a map to give to the taxi driver at the airport!!!!
Friendly helpful service. Good shower and bathroom. Great position in town, near shops, attractive square, right by the Reggia (the big palace and tourist reason for being in town). All staff were very nice - breakfast staff went out of their way to give us great service and choice. The reception staff gave a great restaurant recommendation and drew a nice walk on the map. And great price. Signs suggested there was a gym but it wasn't open and showed no likelihood of being open soon (the designated space was just a storage room).
The lack of parking space was a major disadvantage
internet pay,it would be very good to use free internet in your hotel. This would be a big plus to your hotel.
The staff was most excellent. The hotel facilities are all very recent and good. The breakfast was very nice! The lack of proper parking. The bathroom could be improved.
Clean and Good Value Food was mediocre.
The hotel was contemporary and clean. The staff was very receptive and helpful as soon as you walked in the door. The complimentary breakfast was good. Shopping district one block away. The thermostat was small and difficult to see and operate. It would be helpful to have a brief instruction pamphlet in the room for reference. A few dials on the thermostat not knowing their function. I booked 2 rooms and one room did not have a safe.
Oddly the hotel displayed no name other than 'Hotel' outside. Clean and moderately priced, it was good value for money and well located for visiting the Royal Palace. The breakfast was pretty unexciting. For the money, it provided a good experience. The staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast, included in the room rate, was not specially good.
Breakfast is good
Excellent all round Just the location with all the rubbish on the streets !
Good breakfast. Poor service, and the wifi did not work for 2 out of 4 days of stay.
Excellent value for money, beautiful design and very comfortable rooms. Situated close to the central train station and the area around looks a bit dodgy.
Nice and quiet, they must have put a lot of effort into soundproofing. The building is very elegant. Receptionists are a bit offhand, but that seems to be the Naples style.
Breakfast is fantastic. The hotel has a big courtyard and view from the room is nice. The interior is also cool. The hotel is renovated an old nobles mansion, and we could relax in spite of the outer noisy area. I didn't feel the area safe especially at night. Far from the central station and Naples port.
The Palazzo Caracciolo was the best part of my visit to Napoli. I have dreamed of visiting this part of the world for many years and without my stay at the Palazzo Caracciolo I think I would have been a little disappointed in my visit to Napoli. The Hotel was fantastic!! Weather
The hotel was like an oasis. Very good, modern design, very comfortable roome and a delightful courtyard in the middle of a so-so area of Naples. I can't think of anything.
Beautiful courtyard with inexpensive breakfast that is all natural and organic including traditional Italian meats The gym facilities are terrible for weightlifting. Good for cardio.
Rooms and the Palatial interior Courtyard Neighbor was a little rough but eclectic
In my opinion, this hotel is very good. The people working in this hotel are very warm-hearted and very professional. I feel very happy to stay here for one week.
La signora who was at the reception when we arrived gave as a lot of useful tips about the public transportation, the places to visit and the city. Thank you! The hotel is very good situated for visiting Pompei, Capri and the old city. It is a pity that the city is so dirty! The breakfast could be more varied.
Location - very, very closed to the central station 50meters away from the main entrance. There is a free luggage storage facility. Breakfast ok, but should be improved.
friendly staff, very good located Breakfast
Close to the train station Mildew in the bathroom real bad old beds sagging old bedspreads
Pleasent rooms, even they are simply furnished. Train and bus station near the hotel, so you can make local trips anytime, anywhere. Breakfast was the same every day. Construction in front of hotel, I hope temporary.
Strategical position near Train/subway station, clean rooms, basic but tasty breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Missing fridge.
Travelling around. Very good hotel for the price. The only problem was, that earlier check-in was not possible, but we could solve it.
The location of the hotel was very good for those who plan moving around Napoli - it's located 5 mins from the train station. The price was relatively OK - 30 EUR for a double is reasonable, however in high season they may charge you as much as 120 EUR per night The breakfast in the hotel was disgusting. No fresh bread, no juices, just coffee (don't dream about the italian type of coffee...) and very poor variety of jams. One type of cheese, some ham of doubtable quality and one type of cereal - this is not what you expect normally. Well, you can always skip the hotel breakfast and go to the nearest bar for a capuccino and cornetto.
staff very nice, rooms well clean .. hotel well located. Size of the room really small, no lift, reduced spaces complicated to stay with a baby because not enough space on rooms, halls, lobby, Internet only at the lobby and bar.
I liked very much the hotel and we enjoyed our staying. The room was super- designed, even if it's a bit kitch, like a table suported by 5 angels =) We stayed at lux, and we had really cool jacuzzi (thouth it was loosing water, and after ll th floor was wet). In general we liked it, i would've put 9 from 10.They also recomended vr good restaurant downstairs, it calls Castello Nuovo (I guess)), the food was amaizing! The onlu one thing that there was confusion when we arrived. We couldn't find the hotel, coz it's not like they have some billboard on the road or adv ecc. We took the elvator, came to the door of the hotel, and no one opened a door to us, coz' the guy from reception left it... we were waiting kinda 15 min before he came, and we were thinking that they just have stolen our money and our bank accounts are already empty.... lol...and 1 more thing, i didn't like that there was a lot of garbage downstairs... but it's what Napoli like!!! U can do nothing.
Modern interior, very nice bathroom, close to port for ferries. Noise of the tv from reception
Super friendly staff, perfect rooms.great!
The staff was amazing and very helpful!
Very nice hotel with good location (not far from harbour and center). The rooms are very good, big and with stylish design. Staff was very helpfull. A bit strange building, where the hotel is situated, without special signs about hotel. Poor breakfast like in majority of italian hotels.
