Location, good information, convenient parking
I dislike having an assigned seat for breakfast. As an American I would actually prefer to have the opportunity to sit near non-Americans. I’m here to experience another culture. And I don’t mind speaking German or Italian with the staff.
The Cavallino D'Oro is a truly the most beautiful and wonderful hotel that we have ever experienced in Europe. The staff featuring Sophia was incredibly friendly and helpful. The staff recommended that we visit both the Marinzen Alm and Seis Am Schlern lifts to enjoy stunning Dolomite scenery, which were both fabulous and memorable. The location off the square of Kastleruth is outstanding. The interior of the Hotel is fantastic and every detail is impressive. We hope to return to both this fantastic Hotel and fabulous town in the future!
Super organized friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast.
I liked our stay a lot. We had a nice room with a lovely view and a big bathroom. Breakfast was good too and the staff friendly. South Tirol is just breathtaking even for someone who comes from an Alpine region himself (Slovenia).
Perhaps the room could have been cleaner is some places.
Excellent breakfast. Spacious clean room. Comfortable bed. Excellent location. Rosy at the reception desk was very helpful and helped us a lot choose suitable hikes for us and gave us good recommendations for dinner. Luccia who served us at breakfast explained to us a lot about the town's history and culture. Staff was very friendly. Would like to visit again.
