the staff were very helpful, the room was always clean and very comfortable no
I liked the free minibar and the provision of tea and coffee making facilities in the room.Tea is very important for people from Ireland and Englnd. I didn't see a no smoking section in the cafeteria and I would have liked more choice in the room service menu.
the location was fantastic-right beside the beach .The staff are so friendly and helpful. We found the hotel offered a large selection for breakfast which was a nice surprise. The rooms were large, plush and very clean. nothing
The location, the town itself and most of all the very friendly staff. Nothing
very friendly and helpfull staff. very good breakfast with really fresh orange-juice. personel approach.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the restaurant provided food of the very best quality and choice.
Good location, nice restaurant Restaurant did not start serving dinner until 9pm. I would have preferred an earlier start.
Ideal location for Castro centre. Room cleaned daily. Breakfast was available but E10 was expensive for what was provided.
This is an excellent hotel, friendly and helpful staff, large well furnished and equipped rooms, lift, useful cafeteria dining facility. Parking is on the roads around or in their secure car park (extra charge). Virtually on the seafront and about 10mins level walk along the promenade to the cental area of the town where there are many places to eat. There are also bars and cafes around the hotel Did not use their restaurant as opened too late for us and always looked empty
we only stayed for one night but found the hotel staff very helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to other people.
Very welcoming and eager to please. An enjoyable experience. Poor map to find hotel.
The breakfast was relatively good We felt this accomodation was very overpriced for what it offered. Its location is poor - situated in the middle of a housing estate. The room was adequate but small. The ensuite bathroom was very small. The owner was unable to get the TV in the bedroom working!. We stayed in far nicer accomodation along the coast for less money. We would not recommend this as a place to stay.
The people that attended me and their kindness, the fact of the hotel is in the meadle of a quiet neighberhood of Castro Urdiales with easy access to the center of that amaising town/beach/resort and also the place it selt. The wood floors can be noisy, but acceptable. In really hot days (like the ones I stayed there), an air condiciont could be appropriate or even necessary. But these where extreme conditions... Otherwise, no complains.
This is a lorry drivers' haven. Very basic rooms and a little bit of an echo. There's nothing here apart from a smoky greasy spoon opposite; you have to walk down the road to the left of the hotel entrance - about 300 metres - to find anything apart from this to eat. I had an ensalada mixta - tuna salad.
